The Space:

An intimate and peaceful space, perfect for couples or solo travelers who value tranquility and natural surroundings. Located on the first floor, this one-bedroom studio features a comfortable Double bed and an interior design that blends coastal tradition with modern style.



The studio includes a full bathroom with a bidet for an added touch of comfort. The kitchenette is practical and equipped with a refrigerator and an induction cooktop, ideal for preparing a light breakfast or simple meals. You can also enjoy a cozy dining area inside the studio.



One of the highlights of this unit is access to the shared terrace with serene jungle views, a peaceful spot to read, relax, or enjoy the fresh air.

Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Our quiet and safe neighborhood keeps you serene, while the town’s main restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short bike ride or walk away. Enjoy the perfect blend of fishing village charm and seaside comfort.



Getting Around:

The best way to experience the beauty of Puerto Morelos and the warmth of its community is through a tranquil immersion. We are located 200 meters from the beach, a short and pleasant walk. The center and the tourist area, with its main restaurants and shops, are at a comfortable distance for a bike ride (use included in the rent). We encourage you to use our bicycles to move freely, enjoying the coastal scenery. If you prefer to drive, we have street parking available. You can also opt for local taxis or private transport services for longer distances or airport transfers. The location encourages slow, conscious movement.



Other Things to Note:

Remember that the use of bicycles is included. Please note that gas- or fire-based objects are not allowed.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
