Vintage On Vine - Central 1940's Charming Bungalow

Cute and cozy 1940's bungalow with everything you need for a family or friends gathering of 6. Just a 5 minute drive from Springfield's old state capital, Lincoln's home, Lincoln's Presidential Museum, and beautiful Washington Park. 10 minutes from Lincoln's Tomb. Everything you need to cook a basic meal with pots, pans, skillets, colander, knives, plates, bowls, cups and mugs, salt and pepper and cooking oil. Enjoy the tea or coffee provided. Front door has an automatic lock for easy entry. There is a nice big backyard you are welcome to spend time in, although a sourgum tree drops spiky seed balls, so beware! There is a two car garage you are welcome to park in, but the door is manual opening and does not currently lock. Also, it's just an old dirty garage with a few random items in storage. No parties are allowed. Sorry, no pets allowed. Guests will be charged $250 for bringing pets. Entire house, back yard and garage are available for your use. I will be available most days within a few hours if you have any questions. Someone is often available within a few hours to arrive to deal with any issues that could arise. There's a great pizza place just two blocks away, Bernie and Betty's.Another great Italian joint is just a few blocks further, Gabatoni's. Home is located very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. My favorite restaurant within a 5 minute drive is Thai Kitchen 2. The eastern end of Washington park is just a block and a half away and the main part is just a few more blocks. Springfield is an easy city to get around with your own bike or vehicle. The home is centralized and convenient to downtown, the Lincoln sites, the west side, the fairgrounds and more. No parties allowed. No pets allowed. There will be a $250 fee for undisclosed pets. Stays of 28 days or longer will not receive a re-stock of household supplies.
