Enjoy water views, private balcony, two kings, & bunks at our Beach Bungalow

Welcome to the Blount Beach Bungalow, a gorgeous two bedroom deluxe condo on the 7th floor of Tower II at Edgewater Beach Resort.

Inside the Bungalow, you'll find a spacious living area/dining area, kitchen open floor plan with a wall of windows to soak up the view of the amazing Gulf and white sand beach. Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy the sunshine or sunset with a cup of coffee or your favorite drink. Back inside, the living area offers a queen sleeper and loveseat, smart TV and two comfy recliners. We have a dining table for six plus bar seating for three more. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all meals and snacks with appliances, large and small, plus dishware, cookware, and all utensils. We have both a full traditional coffee pot, a single cup maker, a crockpot, blender, and a toaster oven for your convenience.

We offer two bedrooms, each with a king bed, clothing storage, and smart TV. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combo.

Our bunk nook offers a twin over full bed, and we also have a full sized washer and dryer and complimentary high speed fiber internet for your convenience.

A seasonally heated pool (gets no lower than 84 degrees) is located just in front of our building, and the lush lagoon pool is just a few steps to the east of us.

Blount Beach Bungalow will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests—pets/ESA are not allowed.

Perfectly located at Front Beach Rd and Richard Jackson Blvd, guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, located just west of the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Rd intersection. Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, sushi, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
