This charming 1,070 sq ft retreat features warm rustic finishes, an open layout, and inviting spaces perfect for couples, families, or small groups. The main living area centers around an indoor fireplace operated by a handheld remote, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere after a day on the slopes. Enjoy movie nights on the large TV equipped with Roku, while a second TV with Chromecast is coming soon for even more entertainment options.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals. Youâll find two coffee makers (K-Cup Keurig and Mr. Coffee), a coffee grinder, kettle, and rice cooker, along with all the essentials for preparing your favorite dishes. Prefer to grab something nearby? A coffee shop, restaurants, and the general store are conveniently located just downstairs with covered accessâperfect for quick bites or morning lattes.

We offer full self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience and settle in with ease.

Our place is in the heart of Brian Head. You can walk to almost everything. But you can take you ATV or UTV or get some peddling in and take your bike around.
Please note that VISTAY is not responsible for inadequate vehicle arrangements. Guests are responsible for providing proper transportation (i.e., 4WD or chains) and for any related expenses due to lack of preparedness, such as towing.
4WD and snow tires or chains are highly recommended from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present. Thank you for ensuring safe and suitable travel arrangements!
-No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
-No pets allowed
-No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
-Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 6 guests
-Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
