Niché dans une rue calme, de banlieue et bordée d'arbres - avec un grand parking hors rue - Om Away from Home offre une paix et une tranquillité luxueuses. Son emplacement central permet de se rendre partout où vous devez aller dans la région de Baltimore rapidement et facilement. Cette suite d'appartement privée propre et moderne au deuxième étage comprend deux chambres, une salle de bains, un coin salon, un espace bureau, un espace de méditation, une kitchenette et un coin repas - des œuvres d'artistes féminins contemporains locaux ornent les murs.

La lumière du soleil et les cimes des arbres de chaque fenêtre, ouvrez-les pour une ventilation à 360 degrés. Cette suite de 2 chambres de style boutique comprend de nouveaux lits, draps et serviettes de luxe.

Toute la suite d'appartements à l'étage est à vous, accessible par une entrée privée. Dans les mois les plus chauds, la cour arrière est un espace partagé, elle comprend des meubles de patio, un hamac, un gril à gaz et un foyer.

Notre présence - au niveau inférieur de la maison - varie chaque semaine et chaque jour. Cependant, j'aime rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et je suis heureux de me connecter en personne, d'offrir des conseils, de répondre aux questions ou d'aider les clients à naviguer dans la région de Baltimore sur demande. Je suis ici pour vous aider à profiter de votre séjour à Charm City; arriver en tant qu'invités et partir en amis!

Excellent Summer Vacation

Laura was a fantastic host and the amenities of her spot made all difference in enjoying a quick summer trip to MD. My daughter and wife loved the yoga area and we look forward to another stay there soon.

Baltimore Stay

We came into town for a funeral for my grandmother and Laura was extremely accommodating with very short notice. We have stayed in many VRBO locations and this was the most well stocked well organized one we've ever stayed at. I highly recommend this central to everything, clean, beautifully decorated and we felt at home!

Perfect Place for our family gathering!

We could not have picked a more perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. This beautiful home had a great layout and accommodated our different ages and needs so well - we each had a bit of our own space and nice areas for us to gather as a family. The house is charming and so well appointed and the art is such a lovely touch. The owner, Laura, could not have been easier to communicate with and was very responsive. We would definitely love to stay again if our paths lead us back to the Baltimore area!

Everything you need !

Home is as pictured. Clean with every essential covered ( charging station, night lights, kitchen supplies, plenty of towels ). Comfortable beds and spacious master suite. Attentive host . Would definitely return!

Fantastic stay

This is a GREAT find. Absolutely clean and beautifully decorated. It has clearly been totally redone very recently. This host has thought of everything, from spa-like bed linens (and very comfortable beds) to a perfect desk and workspace, and a small but very functional kitchen with snacks, sparkling waters, coffee and tea. The place is perfectly clean and so, so comfortable. I will stay here again on my next trip to Baltimore.

Perfect!

From the time I found this booking to the time we left the property, Laura was fantastic. She was very prompt to respond to my messages and so helpful with things. We arrived a little early to the area, and adjusted the time for us. It was only 15 minutes early, but it meant a lot. I cannot say enough positive things about this house, the neighborhood and the host. The next time we come to the Baltimore area, I will definitely make sure I check this listing first.

High Quality Perfection

Laura Amussen has created a vacation home that anyone would be proud to call home. The king-size bed was very comfortable, the neighbourhood is very quiet, and Laura has anticipated every possible need of her guests. What makes this an exceptional vacation home is not just the high quality of the furnishings, but the art works that are displayed on the walls and the occasional table. Check-in was easy and Laura always responded promptly to any questions we had - she is an excellent communicator. We will definitely try to come back to Om Away From Home whenever we are in the Baltimore area. Thank you, Laura, for your superb hospitality!

Great space for our weekend stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, well-organized and comfortable. My husband and I, along with our adult kids and their partners, stayed for the weekend to attend a nephew's wedding. Three king beds kept us all comfortable; my husband and I enjoyed the upstairs suite. The kitchen had all the necessary tools, the linens were very nice and the vibe was welcoming. Great and interesting art. We were busy and it was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the front porch or rear fire pit area unfortunately. Laura's communication was excellent; prompt, kind, helpful. Highly recommend take out crab cakes from nearby Pappa's seafood. The neighborhood was perfect for us as it was very close to the wedding, and the house was a great value for the space. Would definitely stay again.

On the whole, it was good

Very nice and quiet space, except for noise from below early Sunday morning. Its an older home with floors that are probably not well-insulated. But it was quite clean, with nice, peaceful touches. Two things need improvement: the entryway light was not working, making it difficult to navigate up the steep stairs at night. And the lack of lighting by the street made locating the narrow driveway difficult in the dark. But all in all, it was a good place to stay and I would go back.

Fabulous Find!

We were a group of 8: 4 moms with 4 17-year-olds, in town for a lacrosse tournament at Goucher College. This was the first time we did a rental as a group rather than a hotel and it was the best choice! Laura is a wonderful host and provides so many wonderful little touches to help guarantee a great stay. From the full size shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the showers to the seltzer and snacks in the kitchen, the little extras were thoughtful and appreciated, including the brand new toothbrush available for one of the boys who forgot theirs. We found the house tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious for our group. We loved the front porch and enjoyed a fire out back the one evening. A very kind neighbor provided some wood/kindling and the owner had stocked fire starters. The programmable, full size coffee pot was appreciated for the early morning wake-ups! And the beds were very comfortable and the upgraded linens appreciated. The location is very quiet and peaceful with quick access to Goucher and Towson. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back! - BTBZ moms

Towson University Family Weekend

We stayed at Laura's property to be with our daughter for family weekend at Townson University. This property is only a 10 minute drive (if that) to the U. Laura has thought of EVERYTHING. Every amenity that you can think of was available...even the little things that you may forget and would expect from a nice hotel. The apartment was super clean and tastefully decorated...we felt entirely at home here. Will definitely stay again when visiting our daughter. I cannot say enough about this place...10 out of 10!!!

Great location and apartment

Excellent location in quiet neighborhood. Close enough to the ballgames, casinos and racetrack without being in the the heart of the city. The apartment is clean and well laid out for two couples with and landlord that thought of everything that could be needed. Lovely place and we will be back if coming back to the area.
