Présentation du JPC Fisher! Joli bungalow sur la plage avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et accepte les animaux domestiques (permis, avec supplément). Située au cœur des Outer Banks à Kill Devil Hills, cette maison offre un accès facile à la plage, aux boutiques, aux restaurants et à la vie nocturne. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de l'accès en bateau à AVALON BEACH KITTY HAWK BAY. Seulement 1232 pieds de l'accès à la plage. Votre maison de vacances vous attend!

Haut niveau:
Cette maison a un plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine / salle à manger / salon. La cuisine complète est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils nécessaires et un bar Island avec des tabourets de bar. Une belle table de salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. Il y a deux canapés dans le salon, l'un est un canapé-lit Queen. Vous apprécierez la grande télévision à écran plat et le foyer au gaz (ouvert en saison). Au bout du couloir se trouve une salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche. Il y a une porte pour l'accès intérieur à la salle de laveuse / sécheuse en bas. Deux chambres avec Duo Bunks et téléviseurs à écran plat sur la droite. Et à gauche se trouve la suite Master Queen avec une salle de bain complète (baignoire et douche) et une télévision à écran plat.

Niveau du sol:

Great week

This property was a great value for our family. It easily accommodated our family of 6 and our small dog. The movie theater was a big hit and still can walk to the sunset. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner and some basic pantry items would have been nice. Overall. a great week for our family and appreciative of the time we were able to share!

The house has a number of nice amenities and the 3 bedrooms meet our needs. We plan on renting the house again in the future.

Long walk

When we arrived found master bathroom was not cleaned very well, and the walk to the beach you had to cross over the main highway. Had to drive wherever we went. The maintenance guy that came and worked on the fridge was very nice.

Nice stay even with the issues

Overall, a fine rental property with fine amenities. The only issue we had which we found upon arrival was the pet hair that was along the tops of the sofa backs unfortunately making the living room off limits to some of our family who have allergies. Considering the added cost to bring pets it was presumed the additional price would be for any pet related cleaning that would be needed. Our 2 little dogs while hypo-allergenic still remained throughout our stay fenced in the dining room area or on the outside deck, with fencing we brought with us, requiring no additional clean up beyond the sweeping we did before departure. While we were partially reimbursed for the issue, we felt that our total pet charge should have been waived.

Cute home but very dirty

In a quiet neighborhood that was nice for walking the dogs. They have a luggage lift that was extremely helpful for arrival and departure. For our group, the beach was not close enough to walk. We stayed late in the season and we found the floors, rugs, and furniture to be extremely dirty. The floor needed scrubbing! The throw rugs needed washing and the furniture professionally cleaned. I called the management company early in the week to advise them about the condition of the house. I hope they took appropriate action.

Great vacation at a reasonable price.

The property is a little dated, but it was clean and the rental agency was easy to deal with and addressed all issues we had. Location is right in the thick of things in the outer banks. Would recommend to stay at this property.

It is a few blocks from the beach so if you have kids you need to drive, because the highway is very busy and crossing wasn’t really an option. 2022 Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the OBX. Beach fun and lots of attractions. The house we stayed in was smaller than the photos online made it out to be, but we did well all together in the home. At home theater was great! Very good time having “movie nights”. However, the description of proximity to the beach was misleading as it involved crossing a very busy 4 lane highway. Not an ideal situation with a three and five year old in a safe way, so we needed to drive each time we went to the beach. The house was not as clean as I would have thought. Lots of spills down the fronts of cabinets, lots of grease in the kitchen and dust throughout. I’m a clean freak and this didn’t seem up to par especially when you’re being charged a cleaning fee and being asked to sweep, clean counters & pick up before leaving at the risk of an additional fee! 🤷🏼‍♀️ All in all, it was a fun time but if we were to come back we would try to be closer to the beach.

A Place of Respite

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a life-changing experience in 2021 and needed downtime to process, rest, and recover. JPC Fisher and the CSVR team did just that. Our kids loved watching movies in the movie room, we celebrated Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Valentine's Day. We rested. We processed. We made plans for the next chapter of our life. We loved this house like it was our own and are so thankful to the owners and CSVR for their flexibility and willingness to let us winter at the beach, in our happy place, in their lovely home. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, a comfortable living room and eating area, great bedrooms/bathrooms, and of course--the movie room. We had family movie nights with Paw Patrol Movie and Encanto and while "We Don't Talk About Bruno", we definitely DO talk about how wonderful our time was at JPC Fisher.

Family vacation

Property was in a good location. Cleaning was not good. Found beer cans in closet, very dusty, and dishes were not clean. The elevator for luggage was very convenient. Our children enjoyed the movie theater. House needs some updating but overall we had a great trip.

The Neighborhood Cottage Experience -

The Neighborhood Cottage Experience - The Cottage was well equipped for our needs, located in a friendly neighborhood with easy walking to the Kitty Hawk Bay which has a nice multi-use paved wide path. Outdoor elevator - great for moving bulky items to the 2nd floor, living level Nice deck for your meals or own happy hour which we enjoyed Two bikes available to ride the neighborhood and to the nearby Kitty Hawk Bay Keurig was a plus and they had an espresso machine as well as a traditional coffee pot Plenty of kitchen equipment, but bring your own salt and pepper The main living area (kitchen, dining, living was nice and open lots of space, and included a desk which was a big plus. The first floor theater movie room was excellent, a big selling point for us. While they have a lot of DVD's, if you have a favorite movie you want you want to see on a big screen bring it. Seemed very clean overall and functional. We are always pleased when we find a good rental where we can have our dogs who appreciated the sandy backyard and good neighborhood to walk in.
