Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Fireworks
The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited on the property at all times.

No Shoes Indoors
To maintain the cleanliness of the home, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes before entering.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Important Note: Please park at the bottom of the driveway if there is snow, as plowing might be required otherwise.

Security
For your safety and the security of the property, an exterior security camera is located on-site, facing the driveway.

Maintenance
The breaker panel is located downstairs in the garage.

Connectivity
The router is located in the owner`s closet and remains locked. If access is needed, please contact the Guest Contact.

Climate Control
There is a Google Nest thermostat in the main floor dining room and another on the third floor, right outside the butterfly room.

Hot Tub Care
Always fully secure the hot tub cover after each use; failure to do so may result in damage or additional servicing, and any resulting issues or excessive cleaning will incur a fee if applicable.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
