The Space:

The first floor opens with a welcoming foyer, leading to a king bedroom with its own ensuite and a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom and convenient access to the outdoor area. The spacious open layout features a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room that flow naturally toward the screened patio and heated pool with serene water views. Upstairs, a comfortable family room with a TV, sofa, PlayStation 5, and soundbar creates the perfect hangout zone. The primary king suite sits nearby, along with two queen bedrooms that share a private bath, two themed bunk bedrooms sharing another private bathroom, and an additional queen ensuite for added privacy. Laundry facilities are centrally located on the second floor for ease during longer stays. Guests also enjoy access to Bella Vida’s resort amenities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, walking trails, and shimmering lakes.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
