Adjacent to the living area, the dining table for six offers plenty of space for shared meals after a day of adventure. The kitchen brings both style and function, featuring elegant green cabinetry, light countertops, and stainless steel appliances, along with counter seating for three that’s perfect for quick breakfasts or chatting while cooking.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 20 stair steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. the required parking passes will be provided by the guard at the gate upon arrival.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.



This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
