Vous allez adorer la grande cuisine avec armoires en érable, comptoirs en granit et appareils LG. La grande table à manger peut accueillir 8, et il ya la place pour deux au comptoir. Le salon est lumineux et aéré, avec des plafonds voûtés, une cheminée à gaz, une grande télévision à écran LCD et de nombreux siÚges. The property is a little older than where we've stayed before; there were no ceiling fans, older style bathrooms and bedroom furniture, bath sharing for 2 large bedrooms downstairs. Had a great time!

I stayed at this house with a group of 12 for a ski weekend. This house was in the perfect location for ski-on and ski-off. The company was extremely helpful during check-in. We arrived before our check-in time and were allowed to leave our bags in their office while we grabbed lunch in town. House was very clean with plenty of extra sheets, pillows, etc. Only problem we came across was the toilet in the king room clogged many times throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to everyone!

Great place to stay!

This property has a great location and exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of 7. I loved that you could ski out the back down to a lift. The only 2 minor inconveniences we experienced are: this unit does not have a house number on it so it was a little difficult to find it since we arrived after dark. Also, there was not one alarm clock anywhere. I realize most people use the alarms on their phones. However, I never have and I don't sleep with my phone next to me. I had to use the alarm on my phone to be sure we were up for ski school in the AM. I was nervous I wouldn't hear it so I didn't sleep well the first night. Other than that, the stay was great!

The property is comfortable and large enough that we could all gather for meals and also split up into different groups for entertainment and down time. The view of the mountains and the 4 o'clock run is very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it for almost all of our meals. The ski in ski out was perfect for us as everyone could come and go according to their own energy and enthusiasm levels. It is literally fifty feet out the back door to the 4 O'clock run. We also used the free resort shuttle which is an easy, less than ten minute, walk from the front door. The hot tub was a real treat at the end of a full ski day. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets, but the mattresses are starting to wear.There were two minor bathroom issues, a slow drain and a broken toilet flush handle, that I reported to the management team and they were taken care of the next day.There were also two places, in the downstairs, where inside the wall repairs had been done and the final drywall treatment was incomplete, but there was no construction debris or dust and it really wasn't a problem.I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others. I also recommend Summit Mountain Rentals. They responded immediately to my concerns and were great about communicating.Go, you'll have a Great time!

Sometimes the Snowflake lift had large lines and it made sense to take a shuttle bus from the bottom of that lift. The house had lots of beds and bathrooms. It also had a private hot tub which was well used by our group. There was also a brand new grill which worked great.As with most rental houses, some of the furniture was well used, but no more that I would expect. Any questions I had were quickly addressed by SMR. I would highly recommend this rental to others.

You do have to drive or shuttle to restaurants. Says parking for 2 vehicles but be aware 1 vehicle must fit in garage because garage must stay closed to keep pipes from freezing. Garage is small & neither of our vehicles fit (we drive gmc Sierra trucks). Told we could park at office, which was nice gesture but very inconvenient as it was a good drive away. Oven was not working upon arrival & we reported it immediately as we bought groceries & planned on cooking meals. Maintenance showed up promptly but said oven was broke & needed replaced. That was day 1, we were given a small Ninja Airfyer to use. Again, nice gesture but did us absolutely no good with a group of 10 & it didn’t even hold a standard size pan. Ended up wasting majority of groceries not being able to cook for our group & spending a small fortune eating out with 10 people. Understand things break & stuff happens out of anyone’s control but Not sure why they didn’t replace the oven during our stay for 5 days. House was large & comfy & hot tub was nice to have. Overall a comfortable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pines 113. This is our second year at this property. We get 2 townhouses close by each other each year. I love this street and how easy it is to walk to town. The townhouse is comfortable. The furniture is a little dated but we are ok with that. The children enjoyed to hot tub and the hiking trails you can access near by. They built a teepee in the backyard/woods. The downstairs and main level are ok temp wise but the upstairs bedrooms get pretty warm in July. My only suggestion is to add 2-3 portable fans. We borrowed some which worked pretty well. We would be happy to stay here again next year.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful area. The home was perfect for our two families, and the layout was ideal. The four adults slept upstairs in the two bedrooms and the kids slept in the basement. The main floor was just a tiny bit tighter than would be ideal for two families, but it worked just fine. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with pots and pans and silverware and such. It was thoughtful to have multiple humidifiers throughout the home, which we used. It got a tiny bit too warm on the top floor without A/C in the summer, but opening the windows helped and the fans helped too. We loved the hot tub and loved that we could walk to beautiful trails and scenery, and also walk into town!

A great location for skiing Breckenridge

Really enjoyed our stay at this property..we had some great days on the mountain and equally good times in the condo Some of my favorite things about the condo: Plenty of space: We had two families that flew in for a week's stay....over the course of a week, people need personal space, and this place has it. The downstairs area is especially good for a group of kids....plenty of beds and a huge room for them to relax (and allow the parents their own space) Hot tub: kids loved the hot tub....overlooking 4 o'clock run....a nice feature to have Plenty of kitchen supplies/appliances: all the plates, bowls, pots and pans you would need Heated garage : great for keeping skiis and boots outside the house while not stepping into freezing boots each day Gas fireplace: great to warm up after a cold day outside..... Overall a great trip, would definitely use this rental company and property again

Good location and value

Value is very good; especially if you have a large group. Not conducive for couples though. Two beds upstairs are good, but the sleeper sofas are terrible. Basically sleeping on springs with a thin pad. Also, the two twin beds are absolutely tiny. Many of the dishes were dirty. Had to wash everything first. Though there were a ton of dishes, pots and pans - so great options. Check in process was smooth - but you go to an office first- instead of a code at the door. Location is right off a run, but just need to be sure that the run is open. This time of year it wasn’t. Also, they have the snowblowers and if they are going, which they were one night, they are pretty loud. It was worth it but not sure I would stay here again.

Hot water and heat didn’t work on arrival but they came right away to fix it and it was amazing!
