We had an amazing stay The condo was clean and very updated. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurantsThey're doing lots of renovation to the facility but it did not interfere with our stay at all. We will be back.

We had a great stay. It was the perfect size space for us and we really enjoyed the location. Would highly recommend! It was great that there was an indoor pool as well as the outdoor as it rains the first 3 days we were there.

Very nice room and outstanding location. Just a few things - the restaurant and parking garage are permanently closed, which makes parking a challenge. One of 3 outdoor pools are open as well as the indoor pool and 2 indoor hot tubs. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks very much!

After booking, I was a little nervous because the price almost seemed too good to be true—but rest assured, this place was worth every penny!The condo was incredibly clean, comfortable & home-y. Everything felt well cared for, and the VIEW was absolutely amazing! Waking up to the ocean every morning made the room feel so special. It had everything we needed and was the perfect place to come back to after exploring all day. For the price, the room, view and accommodations completely exceeded our expectations.Every employee we encountered was friendly & helpful. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. There were renovations happening around the property, but nothing negatively affected our stay.This was our first trip to Daytona & we celebrated our 1st anniversary here. Daytona completely exceeded our expectations—beautiful, so much to do, and our trip truly felt magical. We will absolutely stay at Daytona Beach Resort again!Wanted to share our itinerary in hopes that someone else can have a magical trip we did! Feel free to screenshot/print the guide of everything we did loved and other recommendations we ran out of time for.Tip: Bring extra bath towels for longer stays. There’s a clean laundry area onsite & detergent at the front desk.

Pictures of the room were absolutely accurate room was immaculately, clean and beautiful. The walls were really thin so I could hear my neighbors quite loudly.. The property itself is in the middle of getting redone, however the view from the balcony and the price can’t be beat

The view from the balcony was beautiful! There is only one chair and a table. We would have loved it more if there was a high top bistro set. Overall the place was tidy, however, the floors were gritty from sand. The floors needed a better vacuum and mopping. Before even being on the beach, I continually had to wipe sand off my feet. There was a broom in the closet that I used and did help, but not enough. We did have some difficulty with the lock when arriving but was able to get in after calling the host. A nice welcome basket was on the table upon arrival with a couple of small bottles of waters and a few individual snacks. Location was good for us as it was away from the hussle and bussle. There is some unfinished construction still but did not interfere with us enjoying our stay. Currently available is an outside pool, an inside pool and 2 inside hot tubs and of course the beach. Most days there was a sufficient amount of lounge chairs and tables with chairs and umbrellas around the pool for the amount of people staying. It would be nice if there is a more convenient way to get from the pool to the beach. Almost directly across the street is a plaza with a Publix grocery store, 5 Below, a Pizza restaurant, Tropical Smoothie and others. Also close is Steve's Diner that we ate at several times- very good!

The beachfront studio was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The pictures matched the beachfront studio. My only complaint was the extra pillows needed to be replaced because they had stains on them. Communication with host was okay. When we arrived we didn’t have the code to get in, so I had to contact Vrbo. After that, the communication was a lot better. The hot tubs and pools were clean! The jets were not working, but they were being worked on.The restaurant was not open.It is very walkable. I felt safe taking my daily walks by myself.I would stay there again.

Location was nice and easy to get to. Check in was seamless. Although the property was under construction they had a nice pool inside and outside. Getting to the beach also wasn’t too bad.My only gripes was that the code for the door only worked at check in. After that it stopped working. We were stuck outside the door for 10-15 trying to figure out how to open. The management team said maybe the door batteries were dying. They helped us get the hard key that was in the lock box attached to the door but that key was a pain too. It was hard to retrieve the key once it was inside.The wifi also operates via a splash page to approve terms so this limits device connectivity including the living room TV which we couldn’t use. The wifi was also spotty in general. We relied on our phone reception and using our phones as a hot spot.Overall, we loved the location. Those minor set backs did create an inconvenience but we were out mostly so it was really only when we came back to the condo in the evening. If they could fix those things, this condo would be perfect! It’s very minor things but it can definitely impact a trip. I would return a second time no problem! Hopefully the door situation will be better and I’ll bring my travel router to help with the wifi situation.
