Older units that have been very nicely remodeled. The air is still the old unit which is loud and made sleeping tricky. The air doesn’t reach into the bathroom which would have been ok if there was a fan to help blow the cool air into the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed a weekend at the beach!

Great Choice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property has a beautiful view of the Gulf. We could sit on the balcony and have a full view of the beach and water. The room was clean and spacious. We had trouble operating the two TV remotes but Christine, the housekeeper, promptly came and instructed us in its use. The lighthouse and many resturants are in walking distance. We would gladly stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying here, this trip was no different. The AC in this suite may need to be replaced tho as it is pretty loud. The place was super clean too. The sheets smelled very strongly of pine sol or something, but that is probably just me being picky. The people in the management company for this place are super nice and helpful. Restaurants are within walking/stumbling home distance. The cart available to help move luggage and the foot wash are nice touches. Can’t wait for the next trip!

Nice stay on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Island Suites the week of July 11 and enjoyed our time there. Communication was good, check in was easy (it's across the street) and the space was as we expected. The room is large and has good seating; the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is large although a bit stuffy since the A/C doesn't ventilate it. The balcony was roomy and the plastic seating was comfortable; we had great views of the beach and the Blue Parrot next door. Noise from the Parrot was not a problem.Note that both floors of the Island Suites are above the beach, as opposed the the Buccaneer Inn next door, which has ground floor rooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our accommodations were great! Close to dining, on the beach, beautiful views. We loved visiting the state park and our nature hike, as well lounging on the uncongested beach. Only hiccup, and it was a minor one, our condo's coffee maker was a Keurig (a few puffs were provided) and there were no utensils. It was stated there was a microwave and coffee maker. I should have asked more precise questions about what was provided. Thankfully, the local store had what we needed so it was only a minor inconvenience. We definitely plan to return!
