3BHK Pool Villa in Lonavala by Aqua Vista

Tranquil Bay is a cozy villa in Varsoli, just 5 mins from the Lonavala expressway exit and conveniently located with restaurants and shops about 500m away. It’s in a gated society with security; some villas around are unfinished, but the area is safe. The last 40m approach road is bumpy yet car-accessible. The villa has no view, but offers comfy rooms, tasteful interiors, and an Insta-worthy pool + pergola. It’s perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay—not ideal for those seeking hustle or loud vibes.

The space
Welcome to Tranquil Bay Lonavala — our cozy family villa. This home is made for slow mornings, long conversations, relaxing swims, and spending quality time with the people who matter.

The villa sits inside a gated society that is safe and has a security guard at the main gate. As you enter the society, you may notice some completed villas and some abandoned construction around — this is normal for the area and outside our control. The last 40 meters approaching the villa are a little bumpy, but all cars can access it comfortably. Ample car parking available (4-5 cars)

There’s no scenic view here — instead, you’ll find quiet surroundings, privacy, fresh air, birds chirping and a calm atmosphere. If you enjoy peaceful, non-touristy spaces, you’ll feel right at home. But if you prefer busy markets, crowds, or loud nightlife, this may not be the right fit.

Shops, grocery stores and restaurants are just 500 meters away, so essentials are always close by. Swiggy, Zomato and Instamart delivers food and groceries effortlessly. City centre, main market and railway station is approximately 2.5 kms away. There is trampoline park closeby - 500 mt walk. Guests can also take some nice trail walks and hikes in 3-4 km radius.

THE SPACE

Bedrooms
- 3 comfortable bedrooms with AC: 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor (17 steps).
-1st floor bedrooms have attached bathrooms; the ground floor room has a common bathroom located outside the bedroom.
-One of the upstairs bedrooms opens to a cozy balcony — lovely for morning tea.
-Beds: Top floor bedrooms have King plus size beds and Ground floor bedroom has 2 Single beds (single beds can be joined on request).
-Wardrobe, luggage racks and Extra mattresses are available in all bedrooms
-Premium Sleepwell spring mattresses and soft, fresh linen for a restful sleep.

Bathrooms
-3 bathrooms in total (2 attached, 1 common).
-Clean, well-kept and stocked with:
-Bath and Pool towels
-Basic toiletries (handwash, bath gel & shampoo)
-Geysers for hot water (during winter/monsoon, keep the flow low for proper heating)

Living & Common Areas
-A bright and airy living room with a 40-foot ceiling that creates a spacious, open feel.
-Smart TV, wired music system, 2 standing fans and 1 air cooler.
-Seating for 8–10 people — perfect for family time, board games or just relaxing.

Private open to air swimming pool
-Dimensions - 22ft x 10 ft and 4.5 ft in depth
- Pool is cleaned every morning at 11 AM. Chlorine/bleach/alum added as needed depending on pH.
- Plant leaves and twigs can fall into the water through the day. Cleaning net available (you can either request our staff to clean it or do it yourself)
-During rains, water may change color temporarily and turn cloudy— this is natural and outside our control.

A small private lawn and an outdoor pergola — lovely spots for tea, reading or evening conversations.

Kitchen is for heating only (not for cooking).
-Refrigerator, Microwave, Water purifier and a bar unit with Crockery & cutlery for 12 guests
-Food can be provided at an additional cost subject to chef availability (Breakfast Rs. 300, Hi-Tea Rs. 150, Lunch or Dinner Rs. 600 - per person per day)
-Local food recommendations will be provided. Lots of restaurants in 1 km radius with options for dine in and home delivery

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our caretakers live nearby and will make scheduled visits to ensure guests are comfortable, water supply & cleanliness. If you prefer complete privacy, just let them know.

Early Check-in is subject to availability and prior confirmation only. There is no waiting area outside the villa
Check-Out is strictly at 11 AM.
Cleaning teams and next guest arrivals are scheduled accordingly.
Late checkout: ₹5,000 per extra hour.

Stains on linen are chargeable:
Bedsheet ₹1500 | Pillow cover ₹500 | Towel ₹800
Foot mats are available — please don’t use towels on the floor.

Personal speakers / loud music/DJ Setups are not allowed.
Quiet hours are important for the peace of the community.

Guests may use only the Tranquil Bay premises —
entering neighboring villas is not permitted.

Outdoor garden lights must be switched off by 11 PM.
Security may turn them off if left on unnecessarily.

Pool fountain use is limited to 3 hours/day to prevent motor damage. Misuse may result in chargeable repairs and possible termination of stay.

Power or Wi-Fi outages are rare but possible in Lonavala.
These are external factors and not refundable.

HOUSE RULES (Warmly Stated)
-We truly want you to feel at home — these little guidelines help keep the space safe and comfortable for everyone:
-Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music / no external speakers outside during quiet hours.
-No glass items or drinking inside or near the pool (water replacement fee if broken: ₹7,500).
-Pool depth is 4.5 ft — no diving or running near edges.
-Please supervise children at all times.
-Smoking is allowed only outdoors, away from the pool.
-Avoid placing heavy furniture directly on the lawn.
-Please don’t carry or drink alcohol outside the villa.
-Turn off ACs & geysers when not in use.
-Any breakage/damage will be charged as per actuals.
-Please maintain decorum and respect while communicating with our staff - abusive language or personal insults will not be tolerated. Our staff is like our family.
-If house rules are not followed, management has the right to cancel the reservation and may request guests to leave the premises without refund

Security Cameras (Outside Only) are not for monitoring but for recall purposes only-
As mandated by local law enforcement authorities for guest safety and recall in case of mishaps
-5 Cameras cover Pool area, Entry gate, parking, Lawn, Side & back of villa
There are no indoor cameras — your privacy is fully respected.

Also note - some of the decorative outdoor lights may be disconnected during monsoon for safety and to avoid short circuits.

Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the entire villa, lawn, pool, pergola and all common areas. The only space not accessible is the store room on the first floor, which is locked for staff use.

While the villa is private, our caretakers may enter only the outdoor areas occasionally to:
-Ensure the overhead water tanks are filled
-Maintain basic cleanliness
-Clean the pool and check pH levels

They will always be polite, quick and respectful of your privacy. If you prefer minimal interaction, just let them know — they will only come when needed.

Outdoor lights should be turned off by 11 PM to keep the space restful. If the lights are left on past that time, the society security guard may enter the lawn area to switch them off.

Similarly, the pool fountain is limited to 3 hours a day to protect the motor. If it runs longer, our staff may enter the outdoor area to turn it off.

Rest assured — no one will ever enter the indoor villa spaces without informing you.
Other things to note
Location & Surroundings:
Tranquil Bay is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, perfect for guests looking to unwind.
If you’re looking for a loud or party-style atmosphere, this may not be the ideal fit.
Shops, snacks, ATMs and restaurants are just 500–700 meters away, so essentials are always nearby.

No View Property (Important to Set Expectations):
The villa does not offer valley or mountain views. It is best enjoyed for its privacy, cozy indoor spaces, and relaxing pool area.

Weather & Bugs:
Lonavala is lush and tropical, especially in monsoon. You may notice mosquitoes / insects outside in the evenings — we provide repellents and request doors be kept shut especially between 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Rain & Outdoor Use:
During rains, outdoor spaces (pergola / lawn) can get wet and slightly slippery. Please walk carefully and enjoy the monsoon vibes

Local Food & Meals:
We can recommend amazing local restaurants and delivery options. Many guests prefer ordering in — happy to guide based on your taste!

Transport Tips:
Being in Lonavala, ride-sharing apps may not always be available instantly.
Auto/taxi can be arranged through caretaker when needed.

No Pets:
“While we love pets unfortunately our villa is not designed to accommodate them.”

Guests Looking for Celebrations:
The villa is wonderful for family time, chill getaways, birthday meals, or reconnecting with friends — but we do not host loud parties.
