Enjoy your private jacuzzi and massage jets at no additional cost throughout your stay.

Please note that this is a standard jacuzzi, not an instant-heating hot tub. The water requires approximately 3–4 hours to reach a warm and comfortable temperature and does not become extremely hot.

If you would like the jacuzzi heated, optional heating is available for:

MXN 600 per day
MXN 2,000 per week for unlimited heating for stays of 7 nights or longer

The jacuzzi is cleaned and its water quality is adjusted every Thursday. Maintenance takes approximately 1–2 hours and cannot be rescheduled.

Sauna & Steam Room

The shared sauna and steam room are available upon guest request. Please request access at least 2 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for the facilities to heat up.

House Rules

Please observe the following rules during your stay:

No parties or events.
No drugs.
No smoking inside the apartment. USD 250 smoking fee applies.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM out of respect for neighbors.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pets are not allowed.
All guests must be registered in advance.
Unannounced visitors will incur a USD 75 fee per person.
Please take care of towels, sheets, and blankets. Stained or damaged items may result in an additional charge.
Failure to follow the house rules may result in a penalty of up to MXN 1,250, in addition to any specific applicable charges.
Additional Charges & Important Information

Mid-Stay Cleaning
For stays longer than 14 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is provided every 14 days to maintain the property`s cleanliness and comfort. The cleaning fee will be collected through the Resolution Center during the stay and will match the property`s standard cleaning fee.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of up to EUR 250 may be required before check-in. Depending on the booking platform, the deposit may be pre-authorized or processed automatically through the original payment method.

The deposit will be refunded after checkout, provided the property is left in good condition and no additional cleaning or damage charges are reported.

Reservation Alterations Within 48 Hours of Checkout
Reservation changes requested within 48 hours of checkout, including extensions or other alterations, may incur an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the original cleaning fee.

Professional cleaning is scheduled in advance specifically for the original checkout date. Short-notice changes may result in cancellation or modification charges from the cleaning provider. By requesting an alteration within 48 hours of checkout, guests acknowledge and agree to this potential additional cleaning charge.

Long-Term Stays
For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is not included in the booking rate. Guests are responsible for electricity consumption during the stay, which will be charged separately based on actual usage.
