Tucked away in a small pine grove at the end of a private driveway in the rolling hills of Midpines along scenic Hwy 140, this property is an easy 40 minute drive along the Merced River to Yosemite National Park. You’ll see deer and turkeys, along with many species of birds and the occasional jackrabbit, right out your front door. There’s a convenience store just 5 minutes away and the historic mining town of Mariposa is close by with lots of great dining options, interesting shops and a full-sized grocery store for all of your needs. Pets welcome with additional fee.

This property has rewards for visitors in all seasons; spring brings vivid colors of toyon and redbuds, summer draws folks to the refreshing Merced River (6 miles to Briceburg), fall has colorful oaks and falling leaves and we get a handful of snow days each winter. It’s a lovely way to experience the awesome beauty of creation with the inviting comfort of home awaiting inside the Casita. We look forward to your visit.

HOUSE RULES
By booking, you agree to these rules from check-in to checkout (not a lease). Complete the check-in form before arrival to receive instructions.

Maximum 2 guests; $25/night per additional guest with prior approval only. Unauthorized visitors result in cancellation without refund.

Check-in 4PM, checkout 10AM. Late checkout incurs fees up to one night's charge. Early/late requests subject to availability and fees.

Pets allowed (max 2) with prior approval and $75 fee per pet.

No smoking inside. Smoke at least 25 feet from doors. $250 fee for violations.

Quiet hours 10PM-7AM. Outdoor noise violations may result in cancellation without refund.

Professional photoshoots require prior approval and licensing fee. Unauthorized commercial use prohibited.

No parties or events without prior written approval and fees.

Property management may access with prior notice for maintenance.

No glitter/confetti. Remove decorations. Excessive mess incurs $500 cleaning fee.

No illegal internet use. WiFi not guaranteed.

Reschedule requests follow cancellation policy. Within 14 days requires cancel/rebook.

Surveillance at front entrance and driveway only. No cameras in private spaces.

Maximum 4 cars in driveway.

Report any damage immediately. Undisclosed damage incurs $100 fee plus replacement cost.
