✔️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 12 guests if needed.

✔️ We’d like to set your expectations that the hot tub temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.

✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on property - Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home. The property has external security cameras for the protection and safety of the property and guests. There are no internal security cameras, and the exterior cameras are not positioned to violate any privacy or use of the Hot Tub.

✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

✔️ Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

✔️ Quiet hours: 9PM – 7AM
✔️ Checkout: by 10:00 AM (late checkout = one full day charge)
