Bienvenue au paradis! Située juste en face de la plage avec accÚs à la plage, cette maison en rangée de deux chambres, deux salles de bain et demi est la parfaite escapade à la plage! Notre lotissement a été récemment mis à jour avec de nouveaux planchers de bois raclés à la main, de la peinture fraßche dans des tons de plage apaisants et toutes les nouvelles vanités de salle de bains avec des comptoirs en granit.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend un salon spacieux avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition Ă  Ă©cran plat murale, un dĂ©codeur cĂąble et un lecteur DVD, un espace salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement, une salle d'eau et une cuisine bien approvisionnĂ©e. À l’étage supĂ©rieur, la grande suite parentale comprend un lit king-size, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, une salle de bain complĂšte et un grand balcon. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose de deux lits queen confortables. Nous incluons Ă©galement un matelas double supplĂ©mentaire, un pack-n-play, un siĂšge d'appoint et des jouets de plage pour que les plus petits soient Ă  l'aise et divertis! Il y a aussi une salle de bain complĂšte supplĂ©mentaire au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage.

Notre maison de ville comprend des serviettes et des draps. Le complexe dispose Ă©galement d'une piscine avec clubhouse attenant avec toilettes, d'une douche extĂ©rieure et d'un lave-linge / sĂšche-linge, situĂ© Ă  quelques pas de notre porte arriĂšre. Il y a aussi une belle, spacieuse, clĂŽturĂ©e dans un espace vert pour les enfants Ă  jouer! Notre maison comprend une connexion Wi-Fi sĂ©curisĂ©e, des chaises de plage, des tapis de plage, un coffre Ă  glace, des jouets de plage, un parasol de plage, des planches Ă  roulettes, des livres et des jeux: utilisez simplement votre maillot de bain, votre serviette de plage prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e et votre crĂšme solaire! Vous ĂȘtes Ă©galement Ă  seulement 3 minutes Ă  pied de Pompano Joe, l'un de nos restaurants prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s!

This townhome is a great place to stay. Clean and roomy. A short walk to the beach. It’s our second year renting this townhome and we will definitely be back.

We were very grateful that the property opened up to out-of-state guests just 2 days before our stay! Cali was very helbpful during our stay and very responsive to text messages. The condo was perfect for us! We had a great time and really enjoyed having our own private beach access as well as the community pool. I would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely loved the condo and the atmosphere! It was so clean and perfect size for our group!

I wouldn’t have wanted to stay at any other condo! Cali was so good with communication and it made me feel way more comfortable. I was so surprised with how much the condo had to offer and how clean and nice it was!! They provided all the beach stuff we needed and the condo was excellent and perfect size. I could go on and on about how amazing my experience was with my friends. Furniture and beds were so comfortable and the whole place made you feel at home. We will definitely be returning next year! Thank you Adam and Cali!! 😊

From our very first communication with Cali to locking the door behind us as we left this morning, every minute of this vacation was a true blessing! Miramar Beach townhouse vacation rental

We just returned from a great vacation at Miramar Beach. Our rental was very nicely decorated and equipped. We had two couples vacationing and one bedroom had two queen beds and the other had a king bed. This is very hard to find in a two bedroom rental. The townhouse was very clean and everything worked well. We pretty much had the inground pool to ourselves. Pool was immaculate. Cali was very friendly to deal with and explained things very well to us. Not a better townhome to be found for the price and location. We will definitely consider staying here again if we vacation in the Destin area.

Great location, needs a good cleaning!

Great location to the beach, shopping, and easy access out of town. The town home is great for families or couples. Our only issue was the cleanliness... It could use a good deep, cleaning and dusting. Also, the pool wasn't heated in the complex. Kind of a bummer on the cooler, windy days when the kids were hoping to swim. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The Destin/ Miramar Beach area is great!

Town home looked good!! The grounds around the back of the town homes/pool area are so pretty!!

Back home in Indiana!! The month of October was great, had a good time with several visits from family and friends!! Cali and Adam's town home suits our needs and our guests needs just right!! This was our second year here and we are hoping to make #3 for 2020. Thank you Cali and Adam!!

Great location for a family vacation!!

The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. The location is great and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. There are so many things to do within a 15 minute drive if you have kids. This is the best family vacation we have had. We plan on staying here again next year. The Lee Family

Everything was amazing! From first contact, the owners were awesome to talk with! No issues while there, everything we needed plus some was available at house! Beautifully decorated and comfortable!! Just as described

The owner has all bases covered for a nice family vacation. We have 4 kids, ages ranging 8-17, and had space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked. Townhome is nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and washcloths for bath use. Everyone slept well in the beds. Townhome located far enough from the street to not have traffic sound and to feel safe. Easy walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, toys, and mat provided. Having a propane grill was really nice. They have wifi available, which was a must for the teens in the group! The pool is right in the back yard. There is also a shower to wash off sand there. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers, coin operated, located a few steps away from the pool area which I did use. I did contact Cali once for a question I had (which she had answered in one of the information pages she emailed to me weeks prior to the vacation, i just forgot/failed to read it thoroughly) and she politely answered right away. Zero problems, wonderful experience. We will be back:) Thank you Cali!

Great vacation on Miramar Beach!

We had a great family vacation on Miramar Beach and thank you to Adam and Cali for sharing their vacation home with us. Perfect location with the beach a short walk across the road and the pool a few steps out the back of the townhouse. The house was furnished with everything we needed and also had beach chairs and an umbrella for our time at the beach. The whole rental process was was so easy and the communication from Adam and Cali was very timely. We had a beautiful week of weather and the memories we made will last forever! Thanks again!

Beautiful home, excellent location!

This is a tastefully decorated home and well maintained. We had all we needed and more for a week long stay. I have also never experienced such great communication with owners in the past. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a close proximity to the beach as well as a quiet neighborhood.

Family Event

December may not be the busiest times for this area but being so close to the beach, we were pleastantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood. We are from the country where all that is heard is silence so, glad NOT to hear sirens all night long. The Owners were very prompt to the couple of questions we had and very accommodating. The 1/2 bath downstairs is very handy and the open floor concept helped with the traffic flow beautifully. The two parking spaces are indeed a plus with family living in the area. The TV package was awesome. Goes way beyond the basics. My mother throughly enjoyed the Hallmark channel during the Christmas season. Love the location. Everything we needed was either within walking distance or a quick drive. Not sure if the new Alvin's Island going in next door is a pro or a con! It is what it is.

My family and I had a great time. The property was very clean and spacious and within walking distance of just about everything. Great restaurants just down the way, and the beach right across the street. The owners were very personable and great to work with. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family and will be staying here again myself on our next trip to the beach!

The Barretts - Our family loves the beach so much, and we always dreamed of owning our own beach home. In 2013, that dream came true with the purchase of this Summerhouse Townhome! We give praise to God for blessing us with our wonderful family and this home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our townhome offers the space we desired, the neighborhood offers sidewalks to stroll along the beach in the evenings, the complex is small, quiet, and very family friendly, and, of course, the emerald green water and sugar sand of our favorite beach is just 5 minutes from our front door! Our home also has a pool and lots of green space for our family to play! Lastly, our beach vacations would not be complete without dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, Pompano Joe's... which is a short stroll along the beach! This is truly a blessing in our lives, and we are pleased to share it with you!
