Le propriétaire a déployé de grands efforts pour amener ce chalet à des normes exceptionnelles de confort et de fonctionnalité.

Des planchers en bois d'origine rénovés, des lustres, une cuisine gastronomique et les derniers divertissements à domicile font de ce chalet un endroit que vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter.

La grande cuisine booste les comptoirs en quartz, les appareils en acier inoxydable, l'îlot indépendant et le charme unique.
Service de vaisselle italien pour 8 personnes. Gamme complète de casseroles, poêles, ustensiles et plats de service.

Le salon décloisonné avec des lustres, un canapé et des fauteuils confortables et une cheminée à gaz autoportante en font l'endroit idéal pour se détendre avec un livre ou regarder des films. TV écran plat avec Satellite et Roku.

Les deux chambres comprennent: - des lits à baldaquin queen shabby chic avec des oreillers en duvet, des couettes en duvet (couvertures 100% coton en été) et plus de 450 draps de fil. Les lits sont exquis et devraient assurer tout le repos dont vous aurez besoin pour vos journées bien remplies. Téléviseurs muraux à écran plat avec satellite.

La salle de bain est située entre les 2 chambres avec entrée par le salon. Tous carrelés avec vanité autoportante antique, toilettes, baignoire et douche. Nettoyez les carreaux de métro blancs et le sol en mosaïque.

DÉTAILS EXTÉRIEURS

Les couleurs calmes de la plage, les palmiers et une grande terrasse en bois privée en font "l'endroit idéal pour se détendre". Salle à manger pour 6 avec parapluie. Lanternes à gradateur contrôlé sous la véranda et la terrasse du barbecue.

Des planches de Stand Up Paddle sont également fournies avec le chalet. Ce sont gratuits pour votre plaisir.

Le chalet est situé dans l'emplacement idéal, une maison loin de la baie et à 2 min à pied de l'océan. Près de nombreux restaurants, bars, magasins mais suffisamment privé pour avoir votre propre espace.

Family visit at the cottage.

What a lovely cottage. It's truly one of the first places I've stayed at where the description matched the experience. I'm from New England so I really can appreciate the antique rustic beach charm paired with modern necessities. It was lovely. Property manager was very present and communicable. We had an issue with the oven and she was right on it with a repair man. Location was nice. Only thing that stinks but was mentioned in other reviews is the parking. Here's the deal. If you can get a small rental car you can park in the garage. My SUV was just a little too long. So we had to park on the street which really isn't a big deal but I struggled to find the area free parking lots. Thankfully we never had to use those. We were able to find parking in front of or near the house every time we came back. I was in town with my mother and my daughter to visit my son and his wife who are in the navy and live on base housing. We were 22 minutes away from them but it's mostly freeway driving so it feels like a very short distance. 20 minutes or so from the zoo. We did not realize we were 1.5 hours from Disneyland so we took an impromptu visit there. Old town was neat didn't make it through half of it so will need to return. But that was 14 minutes away. You really are right near the bay. Only feet away. Or a couple minute walk to the ocean side. We will definitely stay here again or right next door. Similar style. Thanks for a great stay.

Out of town wedding

The house was perfect for us. We went to Ralph’s and got groceries do we fix not need to go out for breakfast of lunch . We rented a kayak from the record next door and had a great time. And garage was tight but my car fit. Parking would have been difficult if thd house did not have a garage

Great place to stay

This was a fantastic place to stay for our family of four. The bay was on the one side only a few steps away, and the beach was on the other side. The only “downside” is parking. There is a small garage, but our suv would not fit so we had to park on the street, which was fine but when the street sweepers came we had to move and then lost our spot. Minor detail, still a 5/5, would totally go back again.

Perfect Beach Bungalow

This was a beautifully refinished house inside which was perfect for the four of us. Very close to both Mission Bay and the ocean. The traffic noise was the only negative thing but not bad. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Dan Diego getaway

The beach cottage was beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting to either beach or up to the strip for some food. Can't recommend enough.

Nice Getaway

We were visiting friends in San Diego recently and wanted to stay in the Mission Beach area. The cottage fit our needs well! So close to both the Bay and ocean beaches, as well as plenty of great dining options. The garage is small, but we were able to get our Jeep Grand Cherokee inside so had onsite parking, which was a plus. Very nicely appointed cottage with ample kitchen space, a nice sitting area, a cozy deck and two comfy beds. The only "downside" were the occassional morning deliveries to the nearby resort loading dock, otherwise a great stay and very recommended! Definitely would stay there again!

Best stocked place ever!

We’ve been going to Mission bay for years and years and we LOVE THIS PLACE! The location is perfect and has everything you need! Paddle board for the kids, well stocked kitchen and linens and just generally wonderful!! The patio is tropical and private and always shady!! We will be returning for sure!

Perfect place!

Our stay at this cottage was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and beds were comfy!! Molly was very attentive and the location was perfect!! Steps away from the bay and ocean. Our kids live in San Diego so this location was perfect to get to everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Excellent!

Perfect location, so close to such great restaurants, private and quiet for being on main road, so amazingly close to the beach and loved the decor! Having a garage to park was a great perk as well. I would definitely recommend staying at Molly's. You will love it!

Beachy Cottage (Mission Beach)

Great location. Nice, historic (1930s I think) property near the beach- be prepared for some wear and tear ( bathroom in particular) which we’d expected given the vintage). Private patio area a bonus and very lovely. Beach toys were also much appreciated. Private garage is a godsend in Mission Beach. Beware that garage is small as the owners advertised. We downgraded the rental to a Nissan Versa which just fit with inches to spare, so nothing bigger than this model. Would stay again.

We could not have found a more perfect cottage for our stay. So charming and relaxing! The outside patio and double chaise were fantastic! We were in town for a family wedding. The location could not be beat.

Wonderful!

This beach cottage was wonderful. Location was great. House had everything we needed. Very clean. Easy check in. Comfortable beds, nice shower, beach amenities, Bay 2 blocks one way and beach 2 blocks the other. Private outside patio area that I loved!! We will be back!

Our stay at cottage in Mission Beach

Overall Shaz's place was nice, close to beach & bay, but beware on busy street with loud trucks esp early in the morning. One night had car alarm going off all night long, in car parked on street. Had to use large floor fans to block out noise when sleeping. I was disappointed when sent 2 texts to Shaz complaining that needed a new shower liner, 1 in there was pretty disgusting with mold & also shower floor very slippery when soapy, almost fell 1st day, had requested a shower mat; but never got any response to my text. So we made do, but would have appreciated response to text. She did respond to my text when garage door off track & not opening or closing, but did have my husband talk me through to get it back on track. We also did not have a spatula, only large metal one for grill that was difficult to cook eggs in frying pan. But figured again would make do since never addressed other issues. Overall beds were very comfy & loved close proximity to restaurants & beach. But a beach wagon & cooler would have made walk to beach a little easier. Patio was great with privacy, but unfortunately we were there during excessive heat wave, so unable to enjoy as much as wanted to. Washer & dryer easy access in garage, but beware garage is as small as reported.

Mission Beach Oasis

We had a perfect stay at this lovely beach cottage. My husband and l were visiting my son who is stationed at the Navel Base. This was a perfect spot . Close to both bay and ocean beaches less than a 5 minute walk. You can tell that who ever purchased furniture , bedding and kitchen supplies bought high-quality products and not the usual cheap items you some times find in a rental. The outdoor was great lots of greenery and a privacy fence do you could drink your coffee in your pj's. Managmest response also top notch. Can'not say enough great things about this property.

Awesome cottage

My family of 4 loved this cottage. Everything was as promised. The location is central to many of the things we wanted to do. Host communications were excellent. It has a beautiful patio perfect for sitting with coffee in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Super comfy beds:)

I was born in England and Ivey, my husband in South Africa. We moved to The States 23 years ago and have called it home ever since,. We live in Solana Beach, have two children of 21 and 17 and two Jack Russell Terriers.
We love outdoor sports/activities adventure and travel and combine all on trips as often as possible.

I love the whole process from demo through to interior decor and am hands on at every stage.
