The Space:

Welcome to our two-bedroom condo in Miramar Beach, the perfect spot for a family vacation! The beach is just a short walk away, and Sandestin shops and golf courses are less than five minutes from home. On-site, the Health Club offers a sauna, two hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, and two heated outdoor swimming pools. Enjoy tranquil evenings taking in the surrounding views from your private balcony while sipping on a favorite cocktail or cup of tea. If you would like to experience a more relaxing evening outside the condo, there is a beachside bar and cafe on the property for your use. This air-conditioned retreat offers a pristine open floor plan with a welcoming living room with a huge sectional and TV, a dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It also includes the convenient use of WiFi and a private washer/dryer. And don't forget the tram - it stops at the Health Club and the beach, making it easy to get around.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
