The Space:

Wall-to-wall windows frame beautiful views of the adjacent nature preserve and the Miramar Beach coastline at this resort condo in Tops'l Summit. Spend your days soaking in the sunshine on the balcony, walking or riding the free tram to the sugar-sand beach, and enjoying use of the resort's swimming pools, hot tub, and tennis and workout facilities.



Here at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll have on-site access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a well-appointed gym, a steam room and sauna, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. There are two on-site restaurants, a variety of walking paths, and a free tram that leads to the beach as well. If you're looking to do a bit of shopping, head less than a mile north to Grand Boulevard, two miles north to Baytowne Wharf, or two miles west to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You'll also be an easy drive from more than a dozen renowned golf courses in the area.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
