Guest Access:

Parking:

• The main property driveway fits up to 3 vehicles.

• There is no street parking available.

• There's also additional parking at the clubhouse. Please do not park in the street; your car will be towed.





Resort Access:

• Enjoy complimentary access to the Bella Vida Resort. (Open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)

• Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, commercial vehicle, campers, U-Hauls, etc)

Nestled over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly 20 mins away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), you'll be hanging out on the hip side of US192 in Kissimmee. If you're the adventurous type, theme parks and water parks are just a stone's throw away (well, a short drive, but who's counting?), and we've got golf courses, restaurants, and shops galore to keep you entertained.



Now, the Bella Vida Resort Clubhouse? It's not your grandma's clubhouse – this thing is massive, like, over 6,700 sqft of pure awesomeness. It's got everything you can dream of: a concierge service that's practically your genie in a bottle, a giant, heated resort pool that's begging for a cannonball contest, an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, a cyber cafe for all your Wi-Fi needs, a video arcade to unleash your inner gamer, a huge lounge for when you’re feeling social, a fitness center to sweat out that last buffet indulgence, and activities galore – beach volleyball, basketball, bocce balls, a kids' playground, and so much more. • Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area.



Additional Services:

( Currently not available ) • Pool and hot tub heating upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is 45 USD/night per service or 79 USD/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time 69 USD charge. Let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you.

• Rent a Pack ’n Play for 39 USD (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for 29 USD (one-time fee)



House Rules:

• Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited and may result in a 150 USD fine and/or deposit forfeiture.

• Please check out on time. Late departures may incur a 150 USD per hour fee.

• Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes may incur additional cleaning charges.

• Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted. Any evidence of pets may result in fines and/or deposit forfeiture.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.

• Violations may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund.



Notice: Bellavida Community Rules

• Parking regulations are strictly enforced throughout the property. Parking on the street, grass, sidewalks, or double parking is prohibited and may result in towing. Recreational vehicles, trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, and boats must be parked inside an enclosed garage at all times. Vehicles exceeding 21 feet in length or 8 feet in height are not permitted, and oversized vehicles that cannot fit inside the garage will be denied entry. Unregistered, inoperable, wrecked, or damaged vehicles may not be repaired, serviced, or stored on the property except inside a fully enclosed garage with the door closed. Commercial vehicles are not allowed in overflow parking areas; however, clearly marked vendor vehicles actively working at the property may park temporarily without being towed.

• Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side-by-sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full responsibility of the guest/owner.

• Please be advised that the clubhouse parking lot will undergo repairs on Monday, June 1st. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that guests use alternative parking on this day. Please note that vehicles parked in the repair zone on June 1st are subject to towing.
