The Nido is located in mar-A-mar, the only private, luxury, gated eco-community of Santa Teresa. It offers a 24/7 security, free parking and a swimming pool.

A VIP concierge will be at your service before and during your stay, assisting with transportation from the airport to Santa Teresa (by plane or car/shuttle) and arranging rentals for ATVs, Rhinos, or 4x4 vehicles, ready at the property’s parking lot. We can also organize private chefs, Yoga and Pilates sessions, surf lessons, massages, and much more!

The location is just perfect! In the heart of Santa Teresa Beaches, steps away from the best surf point and beach known as La Lora, amazing restaurants, cafes, nice shops, gyms, Pilates studio and supermarkets!

The Nido is part of a small building of 4 floors. Ours is the 3rd one so, in order to reach it from the parking, you will have to do some stairs, but don’t worry, nothing to hard!

You can use those stairs, to go down to the pool area or to the main road. It will take you no more than 2 min!

Mar-A-Mar community pool and the small children’s play area with swings are available 24/7.
Easy walk to La Lora beach and surf break, restaurants, cafés, shops, gyms, Pilates studios and supermarkets.
For exploring further afield, we recommend renting an ATV, Rhino or 4x4, as Santa Teresa and the surrounding beaches are best enjoyed with a little freedom to explore.


The house consists of an open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, all of them overlooking a beautiful large Ocean view terrace, perfect to have lunch, read a book, or have a drink at the sunset hour looking at the waves!

The master bedroom counts with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with big shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third room, has two single bed that can be merged into a king size bed. These 2 bedrooms share a confortable bathroom.

A beautiful dining table, living room furniture and a king day bed, furnish the huge terrace.

- Internet: We have fiber optic with 2 different providers so when one service goes down, we have the other as back up!
- Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!
- Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.
- Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.

**CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please note that there is currently construction taking place next door to the property, so you may hear some construction noise during your stay. Construction work takes place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and noise levels may vary from day to day, with some days being quieter than others. The construction is expected to be completed by September 20th.
The current rate has already been reduced by 50% to reflect this temporary inconvenience. If you are planning to spend your days enjoying the beach and all the beauty Santa Teresa has to offer, the construction should not significantly affect your stay!
