Inside, you’ll find a recently renovated kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, along with a dining table that comfortably seats six. The living room features cozy couches and a flat-screen TV, creating an inviting space to unwind after a day in the sun. Step out onto the screened-in balcony to enjoy morning coffee, dinner al fresco, or simply watch dolphins, manatees, and seabirds glide by.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, private television, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, its own television, and access to a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, making this condo ideal for families or couples traveling together.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.

Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever.
