It started off wellâŠI appreciate you for letting me 30 min early. You seem like a very nice lady and I see that you are trying to start a business. However, I have to remove feelings and deal with this as business. 1. On the site you have it listed as an apartment. The pictures also very much give apartment. Itâs not an apartment; itâs a room in a shared space. I personally would have never purchased my sta my had I known I was going to be in the same are with otherâŠ.men at that! The snoringâŠ.feeling like others could hear meâŠ.no privacy! 2. That blanket is very thin. And that bed is weak. When asked for another blanket I was brought a sheet. I do Thank you for the heater but that should have been given to me the first night of my stay. 3. The bathroom needs some razzle dazzle. Along with better curtains in the whole room. 4. Your place is listed as a smoking allowed property. While it says designated areasâŠ.outside with no covering over head, seating, or even an ashtray is just smoking outside. 5. Lastly, the parking. If the landlord it going to park in the drive way it needs to be specified what side is available for guest. Furthermore, being from JerseyâŠ.parking is not and has never been easy accessing in that area. I use to live on around the corner. What I donât like is the decision to block me in even after we talked about it via text. My personal time during this trip was interrupted a lot more than I like!
