IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

CHECK-IN - It is mandatory that all drivers of cars that will be staying at the house provide their full names at least 48 hours prior to check-in so that they can be registered at the gate and authorized to enter the condominium. We are not responsible for guests who are unable to enter the condominium  because they did not provide their names in advance and only do so on the day of check-in.

PARKING: Parking for 4 cars in front of the house, e parking spaces marked in white
Commercial  vehicles, trailers, and RVs are not allowed at Storey Lake.
Street parking is not permitted. Cars parked in restricted areas may be towed at the owner's expense.

COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS:

WELCOME KIT: Upon arrival, the house will have the following complimentary items:
Bathrooms: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.
Kitchen: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Laundry: 2 laundry detergent packets.
Washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons.
For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend a trip to Walmart to purchase additional supplies.

SMOKING / VAPING: Smoking or vaping inside or around the house, including balconies, is strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of $400 will be charged if smoking is detected.

PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by Best Price Vacation Homes. Unauthorized events will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate termination of the rental agreement.

PET POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed. A non-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged for unauthorized animals, along with any damage costs.

CLEANING SERVICE: No daily cleaning service is included in the rental fee.
Before check-in, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Clean linens and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

GAS GRILL USAGE: The BBQ grill usage fee is $85.00 per stay, covering post-checkout cleaning and propane refill, If the propane runs out during your stay, guests are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any extra refills.

.TRASH DISPOSAL: Please dispose of trash daily in designated containers to maintain cleanliness.
No trash, cardboard boxes, etc., are allowed to accumulate in the house; please dispose of them before checkout, or risk a fine of up to R$200.00.

FURNITURE & DECORATIONS: Do not remove or relocate furniture and decorations without prior approval, as this may result in a fine.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items. Please check carefully before departure.

ONLINE PURCHASES: We are not responsible for any issues with online orders delivered to the property.
USPS does NOT deliver to vacation homes—packages will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to vacation homes. Some resorts may charge fees for receiving packages, and others may not accept deliveries.

POOL HEATING: Cost: $45 per day. Minimum: 3 consecutive days. Temperature limit: 90°F maximum. Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
The attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It does not have jets and will be heated to the same temperature as the pool.
Heating works through heat exchange and does NOT function in very cold weather.
If pool heating is requested during cold conditions and does not reach the desired temperature, no refunds will be issued.
The pool heating system has a safety feature that prevents overheating and may temporarily stop working if the system is overloaded.
Additional fees may apply if rules are not followed, requiring repairs or extra cleaning.

RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS: For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property's upkeep.
