Welcome to Lost & Found, a spectacular 5,100 sq. ft., 10-bedroom, 9-bathroom luxury lodge nestled in the heart of the Ozark Mountains with breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake.

• Private hot tub and Community swimming: The home includes a private 7-person hot tub set against the backdrop of Table Rock Lake. The outdoor, zero-entry community pool is right next door, and the indoor community pool is just around the corner! Premium Turkish cotton beach towels are provided.
• Fully Stocked Kitchen: All of the things a chef needs are provided in the home’s two kitchens, including three refrigerators, three dishwashers, two microwaves, and two cooktops and ovens.
• Need to work? The home includes a desk with two monitors, dock, and printer.
• Games galore: Pool table, Arcade game, shuffleboard, ping pong, a game console, and many board games for fun-packed evenings.
• Laundry: Two full washer/dryer sets, plus an iron and ironing board.
• Wifi: The highest speed available plus extenders throughout the house to ensure wifi is available everywhere.
• Television: Flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and main living spaces with a Roku for watching all of your favorite apps while you relax on vacation.
• Outdoor living: Two decks with tons of seating and gorgeous lake views, plus a private hot tub!

Important Information & Policies

• Check-in/Check-out: Seamless self-check-in with smart lock access – you’ll be assigned your own code for your stay. Check in starting at 4PM, check out at 10AM.
• Minimum Age: Renters must be over 25 years of age to book. The person booking is required to be on-site for the duration of the stay.
• Parties and Events: Parties on the premises are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the property owner, including weddings, receptions, or any gathering on the property where the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy.
• Damage and Destruction Policy: It is recommended that all guests purchase an insurance policy for their stay. The booking guest will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by any guest during the stay.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Guests with a service dog must contact host in advance of the stay. Bringing any other animal to the house will result in immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any kind and involving any substance inside the house is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
