This one-bedroom condo accommodates four to six guests with a king bedroom, a recessed bunk nook, and a queen sleeper sofa. Its convenient village location makes it easy to reach Apex Express Lift, nearby dining, and seasonal activities without moving your vehicle.

Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
- Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
- Plan to arrive by 8:00 p.m. during active snowfall to reduce the likelihood of encountering unplowed roads.
- One underground garage parking space is included with the reservation. Additional parking is not guaranteed and may require use of a nearby paid public lot.
