Welcome to Dillon Lake View, a 3 bed 3 bath, 3 story town home featuring a spacious living area, updated kitchen, office space, workout sunroom, and a deck with dining space overlooking Lake Dillon & the TenMile Range. With easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, biking, and lake activities, this home offers a practical and comfortable base for the perfect mountain getaway.
Proximity: Located on Ensign Dr, Dillon Lake View offers quick access to Summit County's top ski resorts: 10 minutes to Keystone (5.5 miles), 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin (10 miles), 20 minutes to Copper Mountain (14 miles), and just 25 minutes to Breckenridge (13 miles).
Living Room (Main Floor): The main living room includes a large sectional sofa, a wood burning fireplace (not available for use), and direct access to the outdoor space. The room features hardwood flooring and an open layout connected to the dining area and easy access to the deck overlooking Lake Dillon.
Dining (Main Floor): The dining room sits just off the kitchen and living room, offering seating for 6 and plenty of natural sunlight. The space easily accommodates full-size dining furniture while still giving everyone room to move around comfortably.
Kitchen (Main Floor): The kitchen includes cabinetry, full-size appliances, solid-surface countertops, a microwave, electric range, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Ample cabinets and drawers provide plenty of storage.

Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bed + Sleeper Sofa, 3 Bath â
âą Primary Bedroom (Top Floor): King size bed, two dressers, closet, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
âą Second Bedroom (Top Floor): Queen size bed, private balcony, dresser, closet, and shared bathroom. The shared bath includes a single vanity, cabinet storage, and walk-in shower.
âą Third Bedroom (Top Floor): Queen size bed, dresser, and office desk. This room shares a full bath on the main level including a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
âą Additional Sleeping Area (Bottom Floor) Queen size pull-out sleeper sofa
Fitness Room (Main Floor): The workout sunroom features a bowflex machine, a LifeTime Treadmill, padded flooring, and wide windows all around. It's the perfect spot for an early morning workout or a relaxing evening stretch, complete with amazing views of Lake Dillon and stunning sunsets.
Bonus Room (Bottom Floor): The downstairs bonus room has plenty of space and also includes a Queen size sleeper sofa.
Outdoor (Main Floor): The deck off the main living level includes a full outdoor dining table, a grill, and a secure railing enclosure. This outdoor space overlooks Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile
Mountain Range and is one of the best spots in the home to enjoy those beautiful evenings on the lake.
Laundry (Top Floor): A full-size washer and dryer can be found on the top floor.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This home includes access to the community pool and spa, and we provide extra towels for your convenience. Please note that the clubhouse amenities are managed by a third-party company and may be subject to occasional, unexpected closures.
Please note: The home is a 3-story duplex with shared walls on one side with the adjoining residence. Also note that the wood burning fireplaces are not available for guest use.
