Escape to a secluded cottage retreat with a private saltwater pool. Everything you need is nearby! Town is just over 1 mile away, and mid-island grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently close. Jump on your bikes and you’ll be at Cisco Brewery, Bartlett’s Farm, or Cisco and Surfside Beaches or Miacomet golf course in little time. This summer home occupies a green acre on a dead-end sand lane. With plenty of outdoor "rooms", the cozy cottage offers an inviting al fresco vibe. Dine on the large deck, practice yoga on the upstairs balcony, enjoy cocktails or a good book at the bluestone patio, play in the yard, or curl up in the hammock for a nap after a dip in the pool. There's a private outdoor shower, too.

If you decide to cook at home, you will have an outdoor gas grill and a small but well-stocked indoor kitchen (All-Clad stainless steel cookware, Breville Barista espresso maker, gadgets) at your disposal. The kitchen, dining room and living room flow together in an open plan on the first floor, making socializing a breeze. A/C: The house does not have central air conditioning. There is a window unit in the Queen bedroom downstairs, and a mini-split in the upstairs Full bedroom. There is also a mini-split in the living room. Luxury cotton bed linens and towels and soap. Please bring your own shampoo. Premium channel cable and wifi included at no additional charge. There is a small tv in the living room, and small televisions in the upstairs bedroom and downstairs queen bedroom.

No pets or parties/events, including bachelor/bachelorette outings.
Smoking of any kind - including vaping - in the home is not allowed.
Due to local regulations, a maximum of 8 guests can stay at the house.

Please note that, while children are welcome at the house, it is not childproofed. Guests will be responsible for ensuring the safety of children staying on the property at all times. The pool is fully enclosed and has a gate. Children must be attended/supervised at all times in the pool area. The home is fully cleaned and sanitized prior to tenants' arrival. There is no maid service during guests' stay. Guests requiring additional cleaning services may contact broker to discuss frequency and availability at extra cost. Cleaning costs are pass-through. Please note that, due to the high cost of labor on the island, these may seem much higher than you are accustomed to paying elsewhere.

Sunday to Sunday rental term. Shorter stays may incur an extra charge to cover off-cycle cleaning and preparation for your stay. The cottage is not available for rent off-season from October through the end of April.

Guests are responsible for any damages.

The edge of Town draws an arc that starts from Prospect Street by the Old Mill and sweeps west and north, ending right behind Cliff Road. The area has quickly built up since 2010, and is defined by accessible luxury. Sitting just outside the Old Historic District, the Edge of Town offers some of the closest homes to Town with pools, as well as many newly constructed residences with modern amenities.
