Encompassing 33 beautiful acres in Harbor Country, this historic estate offers room for large groups, with open lawns, wooded paths, and ponds suited to fishing and canoeing. The landscape gives you plenty of ways to spend time outside, including long walks, quiet corners, and a seasonal pool for warm-weather days.
Homesteaded in 1836, the estate includes the main farmhouse, a cottage, a loft, an in-ground pool, and a restored nineteenth-century timber barn. The location keeps you close to Harbor Country while still providing a sense of privacy, making it a strong fit for groups looking for a spacious and distinctive setting.
The Farmhouse holds the main social spaces, where generous seating areas, natural light, and relaxed gathering spots make it easy for guests to spend time together. The kitchen supports group meals and long conversations, and the living areas offer room to unwind after exploring the grounds. The Cottage brings a warm and welcoming interior centered around its own living area, and the Loft offers a bright retreat with a restful sitting space for quieter moments.
Across the three residences, guests find comfortable bedrooms arranged for privacy and ease. The Farmhouse includes four bedrooms and four full baths. The Cottage provides a lofted bedroom, a full bath, and a kitchen designed for longer stays. The Loft offers a queen bed, a full kitchen, and a three-quarter bath for guests who prefer a private studio setting.

The propertyâs outdoor spaces offer a wide range of experiences. Guests can spend time by the pool, walk the wooded trails, or enjoy the ponds with a canoe or a fishing line. The firepits, bocce court, and lawns allow for full days spent outside, and the grounds bring something different to every season. The historic barn adds a sense of place and reflects the farmâs long history.
Berrywood Farm sits close to Three Oaks and within easy reach of the wider Harbor Country region. Union Pier, Lakeside, New Buffalo, and Sawyer offer dining, shopping, and shoreline access, while Town Line Beach is only a short drive away. Warren Dunes State Park and the beaches of New Buffalo add to the options for day trips, and local wineries, markets, and galleries round out the areaâs appeal.
During the summer season, Berrywood Farm is offered only as a full-estate rental with all three homes reserved together. Individual bookings for the three units are available only in May and October, and the pool is closed during those months. In the offseason, the main house is the sole residence available for individual rental. The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes during the first week of October.
Parking is available on site, and each residence includes its own kitchen and essential amenities to support relaxed stays. Guests have access to the outdoor areas seasonally, with the full property available during summer season only.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent this property is 25.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
