* Pool heating can be requested 48 hours in advance but may not work
effectively in cold weather; no refunds for temperature-related
issues.
* Pool heater has a safety system that may cause it to temporarily
shut off in cold weather conditions.
* Mid-stay housekeeping can be requested for an additional fee.
* Online purchases must be delivered through UPS, DHL, or FedEx, as
USPS delivery is not supported.
