Located in Kalkan's popular Kızıltaş region, Villa Mevsim is a modern holiday villa for 12 people designed for large families and large groups.

Since Villa Mevsim and Villa Meltem are next to each other, the total capacity is increased to 20 people.
With the addition of Villa Ahıska, located about 50 meters away on the same street, the total capacity reaches 28 people.
The space
Villa Mevsim offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with its private pool, large terrace, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area and barbecue area.
All linens and towels are professionally prepared at guest check-in, and pool and garden maintenance is done daily.

• There may be stairs, ramps and sloping roads in the region during the day; Kalkan is a settlement located at a high altitude due to its general structure.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability (subject to availability).
