WAVES: Steps to the Harbor

Welcome to "Waves Apartment," your ideal retreat by the harbor. This cozy apartment offers three queen-sized beds, two baths, and conveniences like onsite parking and a private deck. Enjoy the comfort of three bedrooms, two baths alongside an open living/dining area with scenic lake and harbor views. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities ensure a hassle-free stay. Experience a blend of comfort and convenience, designed for your enjoyment.

Guests will find the apartment is more spacious inside than expected. You can enjoy three Queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 smart TVs you can stream from your own accounts, fully equipped kitchen and a back deck. About a 3 minute walk to the harbor/lake.

Please contact the host if you are interested in bringing your dog. We have a pet agreement and fee that will need to be arranged for before the reservation is complete.

As for parking... there is a designated spot behind the apartment (sign says 107 1/2 guest parking)
Across the street is a covered parking structure that's $3.50 a day/night on Lake Ave and 3rd Street. They also offer monthly passes.

Cameras: There are no cameras or audio devices inside the dwelling unit.
There are security cameras outside the front door and at the back of the apartment facing the deck and parking lot. These are common areas only.

Consumables: The home is stocked with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent,dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and trash bags. Basic cleaning supplies are available under the sink.
Guests will be responsible for their own paper goods, toiletries, detergents, etc, beyond what is provided.
