•Your keypad code will be sent seven days before arrival. Each reservation receives an exclusive access code
for added safety. All guests must be listed on the booking and registered at least 24 hours before check-in.
Unregistered guests will be denied entry by resort security.
• No smoking, no commercial vehicles, RVs or trailers. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A penalty
may apply if smoke odor or residue is detected.
• Optional Services:
BBQ Grill – $70 + tax per stay (propane included if requested 3 days prior)

This is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for purchasing groceries, cleaning supplies, and personal items.
A small welcome kit is provided to get you started, but please plan to visit nearby stores for additional supplies.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS POLICY
We cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items.
If found, we’ll assist in retrieval and shipment (handling fee of $30 plus taxes and shipping). Please check all areas before departure.

This is a privately owned property. Neither the owners nor the management company accept responsibility for accidents, personal injuries, loss or damage to personal items, or events beyond our control such as weather, delays, or power outages.

We do accept deliveries during your stay. However, please note that we are not responsible for receiving packages on behalf of guests.
Guests must arrange their deliveries to arrive during their stay and be available to receive them.
Please also be aware that the condominium does not accept deliveries made by USPS. Only Amazon, FedEx, and UPS deliveries are allowed. This policy helps us avoid issues like the one that occurred previously at another property.
