The Space:
Come enjoy this multi-level Ocean Forest Plaza condo located along the Golden Mile. You will enjoy the resort amenities, areas nearby, and the condo itself. It is truly a peaceful paradise!
Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: Private parking garage. **Important parking garage clearances: 6'11" height and 11" wide. There is a side parking area for Suvs/Trucks that are over 16"** You will have 2 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats at the resort.
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad. Please be advised that there is a ring camera.
Kitchen: Fully stocked.
Living Area: Plenty of seating. Access to Ocean view balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: Unparalleled views. King bed.
Bathroom 1: Attached. Stand up shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + bunk bed.
Bathroom 2: Full bath. Stand up shower.
Bathroom 3: Half bathroom (toilet and sink only).
Balcony: Private balcony with an ocean views. Seating!
Beach: Directly across the street. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.
Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use - machines available.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves (aside from locked owners closets) along with resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule).

The unit is located in Ocean Forest Plaza - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC known as the golden mile.

2 parking pass is provided for your stay. **Important parking garage clearances: 6'11" height and 11" wide. There is a side parking area for Suvs/Trucks that are over 16"** Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Routine pest control happens on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at this condo via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
No pets. Max guest count is 6.
By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
