-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

Bedroom 3: 'The Ski Room': King bed with unique ski-inspired decor, sharing the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4: 'Primary Suite': King bed with en suite bathroom, including a Jacuzzi tub, large shower, and private fireplace. Step out onto the balcony for stunning mountain views.

Additional Sleeping:

'Saloon Room': On the main floor, a queen pullout sleeper offers extra flexibility.
'Theater Room': Bean bag bed for small children.

Note- Bedrooms 2-4 are all located on the same floor- the top floor. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor. The theater room is located in the basement. This home has 3 floors.

Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed with a private suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, perfect for guests seeking privacy. Bedroom 2, “The Cowboy Room,” is a playful retreat with two bunk beds accommodating four full-sized sleepers, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3, “The Ski Room,” which features a king bed and charming ski-inspired dĂ©cor for a true mountain getaway feel. The primary suite is a luxurious sanctuary with a king bed, full length mirror, private fireplace, spa-style suite with Jacuzzi tub and oversized shower, and a balcony showcasing stunning mountain views. Additional sleeping options include a queen pullout in the Saloon Room and a cozy bean bag bed in the home theater, ensuring plenty of space for families and groups of all sizes.

FIRST FLOOR LIVING:
The first floor features a fully stocked, modern luxury kitchen with a spacious island, bar stools for extra seating, and a dining table, making it perfect for cooking, entertaining, and gathering with family or friends. A laundry room adds convenience for longer stays. The spacious family room invites everyone to relax on the large sectional, enjoy breathtaking mountain views, and cozy up by the fireplace. The basement is designed for entertainment and relaxation. Enjoy movie nights in the large home theater with a 7-foot (98 inch) TV with a full Sonos surround sound system, and plush seating, including a cozy bean bag that doubles as a bed for kids, complete with popcorn and candy for the full cinematic experience. A kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave plus an adjacent eating area make snacks and meals easy. For some playful nostalgia, challenge friends to a round on the Pac-Man arcade machine. A convenient mudroom area keeps ski gear organized and provides an easy spot to get ready for a day on the slopes, combining fun, functionality, and comfort in one perfect mountain retreat.

House Rules-
1. No pets
2. No smoking of any kind- this is a high fire risk area
3. Quiet hours 10pm-9am
4. Do not tamper with the smoke alarms.
5. You will be charged for any damage done to the house or for any missing items
6. Please be mindful of noise when outside using the hot tub- guests use this at their own risk and assume responsibility for any injuries.
7. Must be 21 to book, cannot book on others behalf
8. Guests are responsible for turning off fire pit outside after use- high fire risk area
9. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the house
10. No glass is allowed in the hot tub
11. No street parking allowed- this rental comes with 3 garage spaces and you can fit 2 cars in the driveway

Things to note-
1. We have outside exterior security cameras
2. We have our hot tub cleaned multiple times during the week, you may see the hot tub technician outside during your stay.
3. On trash day, our trash service will wheel the trash to the curb and then place it back inside the garage. They will not enter the house, only the garage.
4. You may see someone plowing and /or shoveling during your stay

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
