Carolina Comfort will provide all the ingredients for a perfectly comfortable vacation experience. Bright and sunny, it has decks on 3 sides of the house to enjoy the sunshine and surrounding neighborhood. Along with having a private pool, guests can also enjoy the nearby community pool (with separate kiddie pool) and all the other amenities offered by The Currituck Club resort community. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
An open and spacious Great Room features a living area with flat-screen TV. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is stocked with plenty of equipment for making family meals. The kitchen island seats 3 and there are two dining areas: one as a breakfast table (seats 6-8) and the other for dining table seats 6. Sun decks, with outdoor tables and chairs, face both east and south off the main living area. A half bathroom is located by the kitchen. The King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and deck access to the covered deck at the front of the house; its bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

Stairs up to the upper level lead to a Den in the tower room which offers another flat-screen TV, a big, comfortable couch, plus a wet bar with sink and mini-fridge. Its small private deck will be a lovely place to view sunrises or sunsets too! There is a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) on this level.

ENTRY LEVEL:
From the front porch, the level has 3 bedrooms. A King Jr. Master Suite has a flat-screen TV; its semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) can be used privately for this bedroom but also it has a door to the hall. For the other two bedrooms, one has a Pyramid Bunk with a Trundle and a separate Twin bed—a perfect set-up for small children. The Queen bedroom shares the hall bath (shower/tub combo) with the Pyramid Bunk bedroom. From the Queen bedroom, there is a door to the screened porch at the back of the house. The gas grill is located on the back deck and stairs lead down to the pool deck with a pool that measures approximately 20' x 21' (pool open May to September). There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and a Foosball table is in the enclosed garage [Note: guests may use garage for storage only but there is no room for parking inside garage.]

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size community pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.
