- Please be considerate of the neighbors

- Do not bring more people than stated in the reservation

- All garbage has to be placed in the bags and put in garbage container aside of the house or on back alley behind the fence

- Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Additional fee may apply if this policy is violated

- If the house is not left in reasonably clean condition, an additional cleaning fee could be applied

- Be advised that we keep your lost/forgotten items (that you left in the house) until 1pm only



- Notes: Host may enter the property during your stay in case of emergency or if maintenance needed (with prior after guests noticed)
