Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, which includes its own private entrance. You will not be sharing the apartment with anyone. Additionally, guests have access to a shared laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Potential for Noise: This apartment is conveniently located near the building's main entrance and central staircase. You may hear other residents coming and going.

• Booking Requirements: For the security of all residents and to comply with building policies, we require guests to provide a government-issued photo ID and sign our rental agreement before check-in. A $500 security deposit may also be charged at the host's discretion. Your information will be handled confidentially and securely.
