The national trip

Great place to stay and centrally located to everything. The neighborhood s fantastic and we even got to experience a spectacular firework show during our stay. Very clean and perfect for our needs.

Quiet in Ohio

The home was very accommodating for my family. The residence is spacious, clean, and inviting. Check- in process was accurate, communication was thorough. However, the only drawback was the back door did not have a secured lock or closed tightly to lock. Only a chain was attached to keep the door close. It remained ajar. We propped the kitchen chairs to the door to secure the door when sleeping. The house and neighborhood is a place that i would recommend if the house is fully secured.

Perfect Spot for Spot

This home is located in a friendly neighborhood perfect for walking the dog and it has a fully fenced backyard too. It is also an easy walk to the nearby stores. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the back patio watching and listening to the birds. This home has all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The shower has excellent water pressure, which is always a huge plus! Cameras in both the front and back add an extra level of feeling secure. Checking in and out was especially easy, and the host is extremely responsive to any questions.

Great place to stay with a nice yard

This was a great location to visit our parents near Cleveland. The house was clean and very spacious with a large fenced in backyard. We hope to stay here again.

My son and I came up to visit family and the house was just as it is advertised. Great location, clean and quite. The management was great at communicating and able to help with any needs.

Centrally located, comfortable home

This property was exactly as advertised and proved to be a great value for our needs. The home was comfortable and well-located for getting around the Cleveland area during a recent 1-week stay. I appreciated having the fenced in yard for our puppy, having a kitchen to cook meals at home, a washer and dryer to do laundry and off street parking. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, safe and provided easy access to downtown, the western suburbs and the east side. I felt safe running and walking the dog in the area. The home is a two minute drive to a shopping center with Target and other stores and restaurants (you could easily walk), and close to 3-4 different grocery stores about 5 minutes away. The host/owner was responsive and even permitted us to check in a couple hours early if needed. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings and appreciated the extra large television to watch movies or Netflix in the evenings. I would recommend this home to anyone with a car, a pet and/or who wants to cook meals at home instead of eating out for every meal.

Family in town

Used for family to stay in town for a funeral. Location was great. Had everything they needed, and were very comfortable. Host was very good with communication. A great experience overall. The billiard table was a great bonus.

Property was nice and inviting, walking in there was a nice big TV and comfortable couches in the living room. The rooms had nice comfortable beds and the bathroom had spare towels and body wash in case you needed some. Kitchen had plenty of plates and glasses if you needed them. Also the basement was nice and open with nice comfortable couches and a pool table for you to play games on. Absolutely loved this property and I will be staying again!

HORRIBLE communication

Never got to stay here on a nonrefundable booking because the property owner didn't make sure we were aware of a construction notice by the city that the water would be turned off until THE DAY OF CHECK IN! WHAT?? Sure, he sent a message thru the VRBO app the day before check in but something this important should have warrented a text or call (like he did the day of check in) I don't always check my messages on VRBO. Why should I? THEN the property owner refuses to refund us? VRBO says its because he will get a bad ding on his rental record if he approves the refund. lol SO you have to file a claim to be refunded. All of this resulted in us having to get a hotel because you cant get another VRBO without a 24 hour notice. It wasn't until AFTER I had already booked a hotel (also nonrefundable) that the Property owner offered to provide another property for us to stay. Day late and a dollar short. Actually VRBO said they were going to pay for our hotel expenses due to the trouble but they disconnected my call and never called me back to solve the problem. all around a horrible experience and i would never rent from this owner again.

Perfect location

This property was located in a perfect place for us to explore so much of the recreational opportunities in Ohio. From the national park to Lake Erie to the metro parks it was perfect. The fenced in yard was great for our pup as well! Property has a great rec room downstairs to unwind after exploring the area all day. We played games took advantage of the pool table and watched movies on an enormous television!! Would definitely stay again.

Felt like home as soon as we entered. The ad pictures are very accurate. Plenty of space. Although we did not have time to use it, the TV was huge. Good fast WiFi connection. Our sons really enjoyed the pool table in the basement. Coming from California, they had never seen a basement before. A very enjoyable stay and hope to return when we visit again..
