The interior features a bright, open layout with tile flooring throughout, plantation shutters, soft coastal tones, and a calm, relaxing ambiance. The living room includes comfortable seating, a large smart TV with streaming services, and easy-flow access to the kitchen and dining area. A dedicated Wi-Fi and workspace near the main living space offers convenience for correspondence, planning, or casual work during longer stays. Shore Haven’s Control4 smart-home features include keyless entry, thermostat, lighting, and in-ceiling sound system, enhancing everyday comfort, while a HEPA air purifier supports excellent indoor air quality. While the home has a few single steps at the entry and patio sliders, the layout is otherwise simple and easy to move through. A convenient half bath near the living area offers additional flexibility for guests.

The remodeled kitchen is appointed with Cambria quartz countertops, updated cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, and luxury hardware, including a pot filler above the range. The kitchen peninsula features an additional convection-microwave oven and seating for two, complementing the main dining area. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with soft coastal bedding, nightstands, and dual deep closets with ample space for hanging, shelving, and long-stay organization. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower with grab bars, a private toilet closet, granite finishes, a powered docking drawer and a hair dryer provided for guest use.

The guest bedroom includes a comfortable king bed with a seagrass headboard, matching nightstands, and a large reach-in closet with shelves and drawers. Its ensuite bathroom features an open layout and updated granite surfaces.

Step outdoors to a private backyard patio—a peaceful spot to start or end your day—surrounded by palms, shrubs, and greenery that create a relaxed environment. Comfortable outdoor seating and a backyard grill make this space ideal for quiet mornings, easy lunches, or unwinding after a day at the beach. A small storage shed holds bicycles provided for guest use, offering a pleasant, scenic way to explore Venice Island, nearby parks, or the beach. Beach chairs are also available, making it simple to enjoy Florida’s Gulf Coast.
