Simple and beachy, this bright condo has all the space, inside and out, for fun-filled activities, and all the views for a relaxing ambiance to decompress. Bring friends or family, with 3 bedrooms (including a Smart TV in each), sleeping up to 8 people comfortably, and 3 full bathrooms. Lounge inside this beautiful home with free provided wifi, an open and airy living space, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials. Practical needs are conveniently all located here, with a built-in washer and dryer, AC in each of the bedrooms, and all bathroom amenities, like fresh linens, towels, soap, and shampoo as well. Feeling pampered is all part of the experience, right?

However, the inside of the home isn’t the only tropical theme. Open the black sliding doors to reveal an open terrace with plenty of seating for the whole group to kick back and enjoy the breathtaking ocean view! Traveling far to get a closer look down at the beach won’t be necessary, as there is beach access right down the stairs of the lawn. Having a beach in your backyard will be hard to separate from, but keep in mind the distance into downtown Flamingo is only a 10 min walk!

Activities many enjoy during their stay here is the variety of spectacular tours Flamingo has to offer. Some include ATV beach and mountain touring, ziplining, horseback trails, snorkeling and sailing, diving, fishing tours at sunset, and so much more. For a more laid-back experience exploring the town, try out an abundance of bars and restaurants near this home base, such as the Surf box, Angelina’s, and Resuraunte Coco Loco. Rather time is spent lounging around the beach, playing games on the lawn, or simply relaxing in the comfortable environment of this tropical home, taking part in everything Costa Rica has to offer is all within arms reach.

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
