Escape to your own private oasis at Casa Sereneness, a newly renovated villa located in the charming Villaggio Flor De Pacifico #2 community in Potrero, Costa Rica. With only a few steps to the shared pool and a short walk to a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches, this villa offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.

Inside the villa, you`ll find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom with hot water, a roof fan in the living room, A/C in the bedroom, and a shared pool. There`s also parking inside the complex, beach chairs, and a cooler available for guests to use. Amenities at the villa include WiFi, a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, bed linens and towels provided, and a parking space available inside the complex. Additionally, there`s an indoor 2 in 1 washer/dryer for your convenience.

Not only are you situated within walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, such as Flamingo, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azúcar, Danta, and Dantita, but our concierge can also help you arrange a variety of activities to take your vacation to the next level. While we love kids, our home is not kid/baby-friendly, so we recommend adults rent this unit.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
