This country living Pool Home is on 1 acre and gives you plenty of privacy for your vacation stay! Enjoy the quiet country life while rocking in the rocking chairs by the pool without having neighbors close by. Smoking is permitted outside or in the pool area just not inside the home. The pool is not heated but we have plenty of warm days in Florida to use it. You are centrally located to many Fl attractions like legoland, Bok Tower, Sebring races,Sun N Fly Fly-in and the Orlando attractions. Many times there are cows across the street to enjoy the country life from the front porch! Some Discounts apply so plug in your dates! We do have a 3rd bedroom when 5 -6 people want to stay. If you are renting this home with just the 2 bedrooms, no one else will be renting the 3rd bedroom while you are staying there.

There is a grill on the back carport and must stay there as well when you want to BBQ. We have well water that does sometimes have sulfur as a lot of Florida water does. A Nuvo Water System has been added recently to help this. It is perfectly fine to drink since it is 8.5 on the alkaline scale. Sulfur water is actually great for you and your skin and it helps to de-tox your liver!

The house has a digital entrance and we will provide you the code the day of or day before check in. Pineapple plants are growing and you may be able to pick a fresh pineapple if it is the right time of year! We also have a mulberry tree and help yourself when they are blooming and have turned purple!

We live in a neighboring town, but always available to answer any questions. We want this to be a place you will always want to return to.

You are minutes away from beautiful Crooked Lake (which is great for swimming, fishing or boating), 10 minutes from Bok Tower 20 minutes from Legoland, less than an hour away from Disney and the Orlando attractions, and a little over an hour to Busch Gardens in Tampa. The Lakeland Sun n Fun is about 45 minutes away! We are located less then 2 hours from the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.
