Hinz House is located on several beautiful private acres, 6 miles from Deadwood and 15 miles through Boulder Canyon to Sturgis. This is a wonderful place to make your home base as you explore the Black Hills!

Walk in on the ground level to the primary open kitchen/dining area connected to a small seating area. Just off of this space is the only ground-level bedroom. Finishing off this level is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enter this level either from the garage or outside through doors off of the sitting area.

The upper level has the primary bedroom, a secondary bedroom and a full shared bathroom. A large laundry room with a sink is also on the upper level along with two sitting areas, one equipped with a TV for your entertainment and relaxation. Access the space above the garage from this area which is essentially a loft apartment space that has an open area with a kitchenette, dining, two additional sleeping spaces a private bathroom and a deck.

Guests will have access and use of one of the stalls of the garage during your stay--again, this also allows for access to the loft space above the garage. Hinz House is situated on several beautiful private acres, just 6 miles from Deadwood and a 24-minute drive through Boulder Canyon to Sturgis. It serves as a fantastic home base for exploring the Black Hills!

You can access this floor from either the garage or through doors leading from the sitting area.

The upper level features the primary bedroom, a secondary bedroom, and a full shared bathroom. A large laundry room with a sink is also located on this floor, along with two sitting areas—one of which is equipped with a TV for your entertainment and relaxation. From here, you can access the space above the garage, which functions as a loft apartment. This loft includes an open area with a kitchenette, dining space, two additional sleeping areas, a private bathroom, and a deck.

During your stay, guests will have access to one of the garage stalls, which also allows entry to the loft space above the garage.

Guests have access to the entire house and portion of the garage (part of the garage is walled off for the owner`s personal belongings).
