Nestled between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes near Taughannock Falls, wineries & cider, our renovated historic home sleeps five.
Perfect for families, it features a colorful open kitchen, 5-in-1 game table, boardgames and a cozy fire pit.
Enjoy morning coffee in the rare, one-acre fully fenced garden where kids and up to three dogs can roam freely.
Disconnect and relax in this vibrant escape-the ultimate pet-friendly basecamp!
Take in the peaceful countryside with a stroll through our garden. Watch the sunset from our back porch or through our large picture window as the sky turns ombre hues over the meadow. Gather around to play one of our many board games or puzzles or enjoy a movie on our 50-inch Smart TV.
We consider the kitchen to be the heart of our home, and it is designed for cooking and entertaining with ease in the adjoining dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and Williams Sonoma cookware.
We also provide oil and spices, bakeware, and an array of small appliances including a microwave, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, kettle, and air fryer. The kitchen also features a Nespresso coffee bar with complimentary Vertuo pods, tea, or a French press if you prefer to bring your own beans.
Our cozy living room provides enough space for all, with a large West Elm sectional sofa and two side chairs. The entertainment console under our Roku TV houses our large collection of games and puzzles.
We can comfortably accommodate up to five people in the the sleeping areas in our home.
The first-floor queen bedroom features a memory foam mattress. A ceiling fan provides a cooling breeze and a window AC unit is seasonally installed.
The second-floor king bedroom feels like a cozy romantic retreat. It has a candle-lit hearth and a memory foam mattress. It also includes a dedicated workspace and a Smart TV.
The twin pass-through bedroom (to the King bedroom) is also on the second floor and features a dedicated workspace with garden views. A window AC unit is seasonally installed.
All bedrooms have cell phone/tablet chargers next to the night stand.
Our bathroom is on the first floor and features a handheld shower head. We provide public goods toiletries.
The backyard is furnished with a dining set and a charcoal BBQ. Complete BBQ tools are in the back sunroom; charcoal can be found next to the grill in a blue bin. Outdoor dinnerware/cups are supplied.
We have seasoned wood available for the outdoor fire pit and outdoor blankets for chilly nights.
Infants/Todlders- We supply a pack and play, high chair, plastic dishes/bowls.
We also have toys, books and games for all ages.
Pets- We supply the following: 1 XL crate and bed, 2 M/L crates and beds, 1 S crate and bed, sofa/bed covers, balls, pet emergency kit, dog shampoo, accident disinfectant, waste bags and pet towels.
Guests can access the whole house, the fenced in backyard, and the fenced in pollinator garden. The pollinator garden is located to the left of the garage and can be accessed by though a green gate on the left side of the main yard.
Access to the garage, garden hose, sheds, unfinished basement, attic, and owner`s closet is prohibited.
I will always respond quickly via the Airbnb App, but am also available by phone and text.
Landscaping services run from early Spring to mid Fall. We will notify guests in advance as to the day and time frame they should expect to see our landscaper mowing the grass. Please keep dogs and children inside during this time.
2026 schedule:
Lawn mowing is Monday afternoons (weather permitting).
Our neighbor brings the trash bins from next to the garage to the curb on the following days: every other Wednesday evening starting January 21st.
Regular trash goes out every Thursday evening.
Quiet town with many farms.
You will need a car to get to around. The neighborhood has sidewalks so you can take a leisurely stroll.
Please remember that you`re staying at a home, not in a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act ASAP, no one lives on-site 24/7.
Up to 2 well-behaved medium/large dogs or 3 well-behaved small/medium dogs are allowed.
Despite our extra care in cleaning, this property is NOT suitable for those with pet-induced allergies.
Although the yard and garden are fully fenced, smaller dogs may be able to fit through the fence, or larger dogs may be able to jump over it. Do not leave your dog unsupervised outside. Our neighbor`s friendly dog loves to play chase with our dog along the back fence. If he comes to play, please supervise these interactions.
The house is located in the country, where there are a variety of insects, bee`s, butterflies, birds, squirrels, field cats, etc in the gardens.
The driveway can accommodate up to three sedans or small SUVs or two larger vehicles.
Boats, RVâs, Campers, moving vans or trucks are not permitted in the driveway.
Parking of any vehicle is not permitted on the street or blocking the sidewalk.
A key code for remote access will be provided before your stay.
The house is equipped with stable and high-speed internet by Spectrum.
Every other Wednesday evening our neighbor will bring out the recycling bins and return them back the following day.
Every Thursday evening our neighbor will take out the regular trash bin and return it Friday.
Summer- Lawn mowing is typically on Monday afternoons but can change due to weather conditions.
We`ve poured our passion into providing you with an exceptional stay and look forward to sharing our home with you.
1) We are happy to host up to 3 well-behaved dogs during your stay. The town has a dog ordinance that all pet owners must adhere to. A copy of the dog ordinance is located in the home information binder.
2) Due to sensitive country plumbing, do not dump any cooking fat/oils down the drains. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
3) This property shall not be used for commercial purposes or commercial event space. No outdoor tents, camping structures, or bathing structures (e.g., pools, or inflatable hot tubs) may be placed on the land.
4) All guests who visit the property must be listed on the reservation. There are absolutely no parties or events. An unauthorized party and/or guest(s) will result in immediate eviction, a minimum fee of $500 plus the cost of any damages, and forfeiture of the remainder of your stay without refund.
5) Absolutely no illegal drug use is allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee. Please smoke outside. A green smoke pail is provided outside on the back deck for cigarette butts.
6) Parking is allowed solely in our driveway, which can accommodate up to three cars or small SUVs only (no trailers, buses, boats, etc). Pull far enough into the driveway so the sidewalk is not blocked. Street parking is not permitted. EV charging is not available on the property.
7) Disconnecting the WiFi or obstructing our outdoor cameras will result in a minimum fee of $100 per hour should our team need to visit the property to reinstall or reconnect the devices.
8) Please respect our neighbors and observe the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am. Guests will be responsible if noise violations and fines are issued from the Village or Town. A copy of the ordinance is located in the home information binder.
9) Checkout is 10:00 am. Late checkout that has not been cleared with the host may incur a minimum fee of $50 if our cleaner requires extra help due to time constraints.
10) Please take shoes off while inside the house.
