Perfect location for skiing the greatest snow on earth!

The Space:
Stay in relaxing comfort and beauty at our Silver King condo in the center of town!
View the Park City Resort slopes from a wall of windows in an extra large alcove studio that has been recently remodeled.

BEDROOM

The condo has 1 queen bedroom with one open wall to the rest of the living area so may be described as an extra large studio alcove. It has ENSUITE BATHROOM and a folding screen is provided for the open wall space. 2 sofa sleepers, a queen and a twin, in the living area around the corner from the open wall space allow plenty of relaxation for up to 5 guests.

LIVING AREA

Enjoy new furnishings, flooring and appliances throughout with a unique personal feel.
A large KITCHEN greets you as you enter fully equipped with new appliances, dishes, coffee maker and cookware.
2 BATHROOMS offer desirable convenience for as many as 5 guests.

LOCATION

Perfect condo for skiing the greatest snow on earth just across the street from Park City Mountain’s First Time Lift. Silver King has all the luxurious amenities like a fitness room, an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna plus lockers for ski storage. Located in the center of town within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and grocery.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- A stacked washer and dryer is available for your convenience.
- The fireplace pictured is not functional.
- The large view windows give an open bright feel to the condo.

Guest Access:
The entire condo with 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and washer and dryer. Silver King has ski lockers on the main level and garage parking. Access to the gym and pool is included!

The Neighborhood:
The Silver King Hotel is right across the street from the Resort Pay Day ski lift. Enjoy being so close to all the resort has to offer including numerous eateries and shops.

Getting Around:
Walk to the ski lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort or catch the free electric bus line right in front of the condo building for a short 8 minute ride to Deer Valley.

Interaction with Guests:
The front desk is open 24/7 for your check in. My manager is also on call for your needs during your stay.

Great location, excellent parking.

We had a great vacation week and enjoyed the stay. The cleaning supplies were very limited and overall the condo was great.

Spacious and great location

Condo looks like photos. It's very clean and stocked well with essentials. Convenient to ski lifts and right on shuttle line.

Excellent place to stay!

My family and I had a great experience staying at this condo. Communication was easy and quick. We came into to a spotless place with a welcome basket and binder of information about the place and the surrounding area. Would absolutely stay here again!

My partner and I came for a long weekend in Park City. Silver King is a great home base for skiing at Park City Mountain during the day and hitting up Main Street at night!

Wonderful cozy condo

We really enjoyed our stay! It looked exactly like the listing pictures. Perfect location to the slopes as well as the free buses. The view of the mountains was nice to wake up too!

Girls weekend

This was a weekend getaway for the wives. Our husbands take an annual ski trip and we try to take a ski trip every other year. Accommodations were perfect, close to mountain, ski rentals, and great restaurants!

Wonderful Family Christmas Vacation!

Everything exceeded our expectations. Size of property, cleanliness, modern upgrades, location, completely equipped kitchen, view. We were also able to check in early. Close to slopes, food, grocery store and was very affordable. We will be back!

Nice location and spacious condo

Condo as nicely appointed/thoughtful details and very clean (most important to me!). Location was great and a quick walk to the lifts. Property a bit older, and there is a planned renovation to the hot tub and pool area which will be nice - note hot tub is indoor. Only complaint is furnace quite loud turning on at night if you’re sleeping on the sofa bed!

Very nice

Great place and location. Top notch Vrbo. Nice touch: new condiments in fridge, coffee, filters, laundry detergent, napkins, ziplocks, plastic wrap. Very, very slight bummer (almost not worth listing): the exhaust fans in bathrooms were weak and loud. Thanks!

Very comfortable, clean, light.

Great place, lots of windows make for a light, airy feeling. Location was great, we walked to the ski mountain in our ski boots without trouble. Storage was good with ski storage downstairs and good closets and dressers so we didn't have to live out of the suitcases. The kitchen is a bit lacking (i.e. no stock pot or large saucepans; couldn't find how to turn the fan on) but these are easily remedied.

Beautiful property

This was great. The apartment had everything we needed. Plenty of towels of all different sizes. The kitchen had every utensil we could possibly need (along with basic condiments, Tupperware, coffee, etc). The location was great. We walked to the supermarket, the slopes, into town. The pool and hot tub were just down the hall, and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was perfect at the end of the day. We would (and hopefully will!) happily stay here again.

Fabulous!

Great location just a few steps from park city resort base. As close as you can get without technically being ski in/ski out. Beautifully decorated and appeared to be a brand new renovation. Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer, which is great to have on a ski trip. Easy (free) bus ride (bus stop just outside the condo) to Park City town center for shopping, restaurants, etc ... Good communication with manager — responds promptly. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Gem of a condo at Silver King

Our stay at this property could not have been better-with great communication between the host, easy (even early) check in and a great location. The location of this condo made getting our daughter to ski school on time (nearly impossible-as we are from Florida and not used to layers and layers of winter clothing) completely doable. The condo was great for our family of three with room to spare. Several winter storms hit the area during our stay and it was so nice to come back to a beautiful condo with plenty of room each evening. The underground parking cannot be beat! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Silver King condo

Beautiful condo. It is an "open concept" condo so the bedroom does open up into the living area which we were not aware of. Essentially one whole wall of the bedroom is missing. Excellent location for access to the mountain. Unfortunately the furnace is quite loud and wakes you often at night.

Great place to stay and ski

We so pleased by how close to the slopes and easy it was to access the ski area. This condo feels larger than the square footage thanks to the vaulted ceilings. We were both surprised and impressed by how well appointed the place was - so many nice touches. The only drawbacks were obvious ceiling damage due to previous leak. However, we were told that the area had received the most snow it's had in 10 years and many people were dealing with roofing issues. Also, the tub could have used a bit more thorough cleaning.

Clean, contemporary, convenient, comfortable at PCM base!

This property is accurately described. Both the pictures and the proximity to lifts are on point. The unit is clean, modern, and was perfect for our stay. The mattress was especially cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool each night after spending the day on the mountain. There was convenient parking in the garage, a dedicated ski room / locker to store our snow gear. We didn’t encounter any issues with the unit and even though our flights were delayed several hours, we were still able to reach a real live person to help answer questions and who was very helpful. I would stay hear again and we will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Condo--Great Location

Great Condo. Great Space. Close to lifts and right on bus route. The hot tub at the resort is the only complaint. But the hot tub chemically burnt our skin, took the hair of my legs, ruined and dyed our swim-suits and left us itching and peeling for days. Of course my wife and girls were most upset about having to trash their swimsuits. Whoever was in charge of the hot-tub at Silver King needs to not be in charge of it anymore. It's been one week since it happened and I'm just now not peeling and itching with red sores anymore. We had chlorine /bleach coming out of our pores for days. But the Condo was great.

 nice apartment . Won’t stay again
.. folder leaves instructions on cleaning up before you go
. I arrived to find a full kitchen garbage , only bed had dirty smelling blanket and comforter 
 sheets did smell clean. Rest of apartment was clean and kitchen adequately equipped. Only bed present had a lumpy mattress with a mattress pad 
 mattress needs replacing 
 I weigh 127lb and my boyfriend weighs 200
 I kept rolling on to him on mattress so we slept opposite to each other to prevent that.. we even rotated the mattress with no improvement in back pain. My 2 daughters had no complaints about the sofa bed. I also wish I would have known the fireplace was nonfunctional . Unable to rate property manager because I did not reach out to them.
