This agreement outlines the house rules and terms of stay at any property managed by Luxe Holiday Homes Rental LLC. By signing this document, the Guest agrees to comply with all terms stated below.
1. Guest Identification & Check-In
• Clear and valid passport copies of all guests (including children and infants) must be submitted before arrival through email before 4pm on the day of check in latest.
• No check-in without passport submission. This is Dubai law, as passports MUST be submitted to the Dubai Tourism and building management prior to check in. Our office closes at 5pm,
passports submitted after 5pm won’t be provided access until 9am the following day.
• Primary guest must be 21 years or older or accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Early check-in is available from 9:00 AM (Subject to availability), if confirmed in advance.
2. Visitor Policy
• Villas: Maximum 5 visitors allowed. This is a Nakheel community policy and must be always adhered to.
• Apartments: Maximum 2 visitors allowed.
• Visitors are only permitted to enter before 9:45 PM. Ensure to remind your visitors to submit their passports before 5pm on day of arrival, otherwise access won’t be granted until the following day.
• Violation of visitor rules will result in:
o Loss of full security deposit
o Immediate eviction with no refund
3. Housekeeping & Property Care
• Property must be always kept clean and tidy.
• Do not wash provided towels or linens.
• One hand towel and one bath towel will be provided per guest.
• Extra towels and housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Do not refuse access to gardeners or pool cleaners – these services are mandatory
4. Utilities & Appliance Use
• Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
• Keep windows and balcony doors closed when away from the property.
• Do not unplug any appliances.
• Do not subscribe to TV or streaming services. Unauthorized subscriptions will incur:
o The subscription fee
o Any cancellation costs
o AED 100 service fee
5. Smoking & Waste Disposal
• Smoking is not allowed indoors. If smoke is detected, a non-negotiable fine of AED 1,000 will be charged.
• Do not throw cigarettes or trash from balconies or windows.
• Dispose of waste in provided bins and use the floor’s trash chute for full bags.
6. Behaviour & Restrictions
• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets unless approved in writing before your stay.
• No illegal activities or behaviours. Respect and be aware of local laws and customs.
• Do not disturb neighbours.
• Suspicious behaviour or violations may lead to:
o Immediate eviction
o Loss of security deposit
7. Damages & Security
• Any damage or staining to items (e.g. linens, towels) will be charged to the security deposit.
• Lost items will be charged as follows:
o Access card: AED 500
o Key: AED 250
• Do not share keys or access cards with non-registered guests.
8. Personal Belongings & Liability
• Guests are always solely responsible for their personal belongings.
• Luxe Holiday Homes does not accept any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the apartment or during luggage storage.
• Any belongings left on the premises or in our care are stored entirely at the guest’s own risk.
• If guests request our staff to move or handle luggage without being present, Luxe Holiday Homes is not liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement that may occur.
9. Check-Out & Booking Terms
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Your booking is for the dates mentioned only.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. This must be confirmed in advance of the check-out date by Lux Holiday Home.
• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Extensions are subject to availability and confirmed only upon full payment received and confirmed by Lux Holiday Home.
• All down payments and full payments are non - refundable and non - transferable.
• Monthly discounts apply only when the full amount is paid before check- in.
• Partial or later payments will be charged at the standard nightly rate.
10. Payment Authorization
• By signing this agreement, the Guest authorizes Luxe Holiday Homes Rental LLC to debit the Guest’s account for the full reservation amount.
• This authorization is for a single transaction and does not allow for additional charges without further consent.
11. Booking Responsibility
• If booking on behalf of another person, the signer is responsible for ensuring that all guests understand and comply with these terms.
12. Agreement to Terms By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to follow all the above rules and conditions set by Luxe Holiday Homes Rental LLC.
