First Floor: Formal dining room, play room, office, wet bar, kitchen and living area. French doors open to the hammock pergola, beautiful yard with outdoor shower. Access to the back yard and stone path to the cottage/studio.

Second Floor: Large master bedroom with walk-in closet. Master bathroom with step-in shower, double sink vanity and heated tile floor. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Laundry is in the hall bathroom with washer and dryer.

Third Floor: Loft office/studio space.
