*leashed when outdoors for safety.

NO SMOKING!
Please refrain from smoking on the property.
Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS!
We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own and ask that you only allow registered guests to the property.

The Red Barn/Garage is not for guests use.

The back yard features Boardman Creek (access not permitted) and a posted electric fence for cattle in the side yard.
Please do not open any gates and be mindful of these on property features when children and pets are outside!
